The guys on reception gave us tips about the major sites to see which saved us money and didn't queue for any attraction.
Fantastic hotel. The staff were fantastic when we arrived, giving us help with bags and tips for the city. 10 minute walk from Termini station. Will definitely stay here again.
Breakfast Staff mauro was very helpful Big room
Mauro is amazing. His advice helped me avoid waiting in the line and saved my time!!! I ll stay here next time!!!
sometimes cannot connect to wifi in the morning, but it's fine in general.
I love the place and specially the staff. A lovely guy named Mauro was extremely helpful with his guidance around Rome. Breakfast was served into the room and it was nice. All sightseeing are within walking distance
The staff was exceptional...very helpful with special tips for "hidden gems", and very accommodating with breakfast (order as much as you want, and it's delivered to your room at the time you want
The bathroom is a bit tight...there could be hooks to hang towels or clothes. Not a table to eat breakfast on. I think I'd get rid of the desk and instead put in small table and chair.
Location wasn't too far from the metro system. Facilities were fair. I wish that there was a refrigerator in the room.
I wish that there was fresh fruit or healthier alternatives for breakfast. I think it would also be nice to have a 24hour coffee/tea cart. A refrigerator in the room would be convenient as well. This place is really expensive and having those additional services would be nice.
Friendly neagborhood and in the heart of arome
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location.
The location was so convenient to everything we required. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room, although a bit noisy from the road, was very clean and comfortable, especially the morning sunshine eating breakfast in bed!! We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.
A bit noisy but it is the centre of Rome!
I loved the location and the staff.
Wifi was pretty slow based on US standards.
friendly stuff clean room perfect location breakfast in room
The Staff were amazing as was the position of the hotel. I have a very poor sense of direction but found my way around Rome and all the amazing sights with the assistance of the staff and their very comprehensive map.
There was nothing I didn't like but perhaps a little more variety with breakfast would be nice. Breaky was very nice though and generous.
Location was perfect. Staff went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was perfect and they bring it to your room so there is no rushing to make it down to a breakfast buffet. My wife and I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to all our friends and family.
The guy at the front desk was super helpful & friendly! Helped us find the best restaurants and best places to visit in Rome! Amazing rating from a real traveller !
Only negative is the stairs up but it wasn't hard at all!
We liked the position of the hotel and also the place itself ,thé guys were so helpfull and gave us lots of info of where to go for dinner etc.
Convenient to train station. Very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Smallest hotel in Rome (not including B&Bs)
Not as centrally located as major hotels. Third floor walk-up.
The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. We had to check in late we arrived after hotel reception closed at 8:00pm . Manager accommodated us to pick up our keys at a different hotel. Breakfast is served to your room. Best value !!!!
The fact that the reception closes. They are open from1pm to 8pm so if you have an issue you will have to wait. (Make sure if u travel by train you arrive to reception before they close! )But they are available through internet and phone. If your looking for a more traditional hotel this isn't it!
Cleanliness, Wifi access, comfort and location were all great!
The hike up the stairs with luggage, a work out, but otherwise good experience.
The location was nice. Walking distance from the train station and to many of the sights. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the morning continental breakfasts were a nice touch.
First, the hotel had no sign and we walked right past the door when we were looking for it. Once we found it, we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. No elevator. The room also had a strange smell, a moderately comfortable bed, and a shower that was a tight fit for a six foot tall male.
Everything was great. The staff went out of their way at every turn. We waited in no lines and ate the BEST pizza in Rome according to my grandson based on the staff's recommendation. We went back three times for pizza!!! I cannot wait to go back again.
I liked everything. The only problem I had was that our room had no drawers to put our clothes in and because of that we had to live out of our suitcases, not something I like to do.

The staff were very helpful and even provided breakfast suitable for a person with diabetes. The location was central.
Three flight of stairs and no lift.
Delighted to land in Monti, with so many interesting little stores and restaurants and so many artisan workshops. Staff was good, excepting one night when the maid skipped our room.
It's not a deal breaker, but the third-story, no elevator location was occasionally tiring to 55-60 year old legs after a day of walking around.
The price was exceptional for such comfort in a perfect location. Easily reached from Termini and all sites easily reached on foot. We used the bus once. The You tube link showing the walk from Termini to the hotel was a great help. It was a real oasis with efficient air con in the city heat. Mauro's advice was priceless eg best time to visit the Vatican, circling all the main sites on a map. His advice re choosing eateries and restaurant recommendations - brilliant. Our room was comfortable and clean. Ample storage. Bedding was changed midway through our 4 night stay. Breakfast was adequate with a good choice, loved the apple puree. It was good having breakfast in bed .It made for a relaxed start to a long day of walking. Restaurants, bars, even a jazz club all in the street. Plenty of bustle all around but the double glazing meant we could shut out the city when we wanted. Loved being in a residential area too. Being able to leave our bags safely and the convenient location meant we could make the most of our final day. IDEAL!
Oh there's nothing big enough to mention... Ok, only soap, no shampoo/shower gel. might be an issue for some people. Bring your own and enjoy an independent hotel for an outstanding price!
