key cards made it is easy to get in and out of the room. Clean, convenient, charming, though some rooms are small by US standards. There is no wireless as advertised. The breakfast area can get very crowded, but is charming. |

Very attractive, clean and cheerful. Wonderful location in a quiet street close to the Spanish Steps with buses and metro stations, shops and restaurants all nearby. Breakfasts were good. Although they advertised two Sky channels, one showing movies, this facility was not available. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay and I would stay there again |

The hotel is close to fountain trevi, and spanish steps... Good security system to access the rooms... We were promised to be given a Bath in the room but nothing was like it was described or as shown in picture.there was a curtain only dangling to the floor, and when you take a shower all the water leeks on the floor ... The mattress was very hard.... |

Great location, Helpful staff. Rooms were very clean when we came back each day. When we got there, we were told that we would be getting our room at 1pm. However, they hadn't finished cleaning all the rooms in time, so we checked in about 2pm. Having said that, they let us keep our bags in a room so that we were free to go and explore a bit, eat lunch and come back. |

Central location. Staff can be friendlier, especially at breakfast. Technical problems cause late breakfast. We had to miss breakfast twice because of this, which was paid for.Small room. |

The buffet was quite adequate., and the breakfast area was a nice cool courtyard with trees above. The location was also very good - near bus routes and easy to walk to Spanish steps and Via Condotti area. Our room was separate from the main hotel . Entrance directly off the street. While large, it was relatively shabby, dark ( no window that you could look out) and gave the impression that we were in one of their least attractive rooms. Possibly because we obtained a discounted rate from online booking?? Cheap coffee provided at breakfast somewhat spoiled this aspect. |

Good central location with easy access to metro and within walking distance of several landmarks. Breakfast included in room rate was a good perk. Very friendly, helpful staff. Difficulty in controlling air conditioning. |

We liked the friendly staff. The breakfasts were good. We especially liked the proximity of the Hotel to the attractions in Rome that we wanted to see and to the city's transportation systems. The bed's were too hard for our liking but the room was clean and suited our needs well. |

Location, location, location; great suggestion about a restaurant for dinner, pleasant staff size of the bathroom; particularly the shower stall. We were both able to manage it, but anyone who is at all overweight would not fit into it. |

Our superior room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean, and the en-suite bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The hotel occupies an interesting historical building on a quiet street in the centre of Rome. |

The Room was excellent. spacious, comfortable, stylish with period features. The location is perfect - nothing at all ihn Rome more than 5-10mins walk. Staff were a little dull and "just doing their job" |
