Stuff is very polite, bathrooms big and clean. Breakfast was very good, everyday they were changing something. Location - perfect! Close to all main tourist attractions.
All was good
good location - very central
restaurant on the 5th floor - no stairs to this - only to the 3rd floor that we could see, and the lift had a mind of its own - wi fi was poor within the hotel
- very bad wifi - Front Office staff didnt pay attention to you, not even the basics- Good morning / Good night; very bad and always in rush - basic knowledge of non touristic restaurants -no heating till mid November - instead of face towels they were placing in the bathroom cotton towels; similar to the ones at the restaurants

The Place, The staff Hotel Cleaning The view over Rome
The Hotel is divided into two parts, and this is not mentioned in the hotel description!!! The second half of the hotel is located in a private apartments building, where you could here all type of family scandals. The walls were not well maintained and that!!! BREAKFAST is not included in the booking prices. Its written with small letters, at the very bottom of the page that is not included, and most guest during my stay had to pay for the breakfast. The hotel MUST highlight on the top of the page that the accommodation price is exclusive of breakfast .
Room and bathroom very nice. Great location near the Trevi Fountain. Breakfast on the top floor is good. The staff was hospitable to offer all of us a welcome drink on the rooftop terrace.
Great location close to key neighborhoods
TV channels were not good if you want English.
Location was fantastic within easy reach of all that Rome has to offer.Roof top bar and resturant a great place to go in the evening. The linen was good and the bed very comfortable.
We would have liked to be able to get a cup of cofee when leaving for an early morning trip,as we had not booked breakfast we could not get one.Our superior room looked a little tired could have done with fresh paint.
It's always a relief when you enter a hotel room you booked online, finding it to be clean and comfortable, which this was. The room was small and the decor modern and minimal, which was fine. Great location.
The staff assistance was mixed. One person was not particularly helpful, nor did she seem to care to be, while another gentleman did all he could to assist us with what we needed.
The location was fantastic!!!
The room. The staff.
the staff are brilliant so helpful
needs tea & coffee facilities in the rooms
Staff and hospitality terrible
Location was excellent.
Bathroom was small and leaking.
The rooms are compact but everything you need is there and comfortable and clean plenty wardrobe and space for suitcases etc nice rooftop breakfast, close to metro and walking distance from cafe strip and Trevi and shopping. We had two rooms with a shared entrance which was nice too. A good value hotel
Can't fault it
Location Staff Room
There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Bar fridge was not well stocked Tables in entrance to Room 108 allowed noisy guests to sit outside late in the evening to disrupt sleep Did not think the breakfast was value for 14 Euros Bathroom stock of shampoo was not replenished every day, even when empty bottles were left
location, and bed
the room in other building, no wi-fi, no phone,
Location was great, the terrace and the drinks on the first night were good as well
we stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days last week, we booked one standart tripple room. as we arrived they allowed us to keep our luggage. when we checked in they upgraded our room to superior tripple room that was absolutely wonderful, more like room in 5 star hotel than 3 (we had a flat screen TV in the bathroom). we enjoyed the room very much.the room had a view of Rasiella street, beautiful and lovely, and also of the entrace to the hotel. sometimes it was a bit noisy but actually we rather enjoyed hearing italian language and the treet noises. the hotel and it's facilities were very clean and our room been cleaned daily.the breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace on the 5th floor.very nice. the staff was so nice espassialy Emanuela, she was very helpfull and really gave us feeling that we can adress her with any problem. the location is fantastic, close to all the sites and attractions. we have been in every place in Rome these days and we walked to each one of them (I suggest walking that way you can see a bit more of the city). I would defenitely recommend this hotel.
everything was great
horrible room, service, AC does not work with the remote: have to call the reception to turn it on and off disgusting room
This great hotel is in an amazing location: around the corner from Piazza Barberini, not too far from the Termini train station (where shuttle buses to and from the airport also arrive) and a short walking distance to the Trevi fountain and spanish steps. We stayed in a superior room for 9 nights, which was lovely. Recently renovated, very clean and spacious with high ceilings. Our window looked onto the street, but as it's quite a quiet street sleeping with it open was no problem. For the noisier nights, the a/c is very easy to use and starts/stops quickly. The room key also acts as the electrical switch, so power is saved when one is out. Outside the room, it also shows whether the electricity is being used (i.e. whether someone is in the room) so there's no being woken up by housekeeping if you want a lie in, they come back later when no one's in. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a medical emergency during our stay and they were very helpful and genuinely concerned, still asking days later whether everything was all right. There is also a bathroom available to freshen up in after check out and luggage can be left in a locked room in the hotel. This was quite convenient for us as we didn't leave until late afternoon on our last day.
The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included in the rate and was quite pricey at 10€/person/day. The buffet assortment wasn't overwhelming, thought the view is beautiful. Mostly we went to nearby bakeries and cafes on our way to sightsee, which is a lot cheaper.
Location Clean Comfort
Quality of hotel, staff
Location was great.
Room wasn't cleaned daily
Hotel is very well situated for walking to the Vatican and other places of interest
The shower unit is too big for the shower cubicle which makes showering not pleasant .
