Leaving the hotel we loaded our luggage into a cab meant for others..this was a mistake as we don't speak Italian. The female staff person was irate and screamed at my husband "Do not take taxis that are not yours", accusing him. It was a terrible situation and was very upsetting. We had been directed to the cab by the driver and assumed it was ours, but the hotel had not even ordered a cab for us as requested. Unemployment is very high in Italy and it is surprising that the hotel would hire someone who should never be in the hospitality business. Thanks for following up.....I would have written anyway as this experience pretty much ruined the feeling about our trip. Richard and Mary Nightingale

We only stayed one night, room was nice, pretty clean. Great location to do some sightseeing.

Couldn't get the television to work, but didn't bring it up with the staff as it wasn't important to us.

The male staff were very unfriendly and not helpful in contrast to the female staff

The location is fantastic. For some reason we got an additional tv in the bathroom ))) a small window, rooms are silent, we slept very well.

When we arrived, the surfaces were very dusty, wi-fi is horrendous - really slow!!They give you one account and you log-in alone. The second person cannot use it. Staff tried to give us another one - but it never worked. They block the cost of the first day for 10 business days on your card despite the full payment upon check-out. So keep in mind - 100% + 1 night cost - we didn't expect to be unable to use additional money amount for the trip.

Breakfast could be better

The location and the hotel was perfectly Italian, the breakfast was great and so was the staff. We loved the little balcony and the breakfast terrace.

The entrance to the hotel was extremely bright and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a superior twin and very spacious. The location of the hotel could not have been better, it was close to many of the places of interest which was very important to us as my mother was in her 70's and walking distances were very important. We had a wonderful holiday in an excellent hotel.

Being British we would have liked tea and coffee making faciltiies in the room.

Some staff was friendly & helpful, some was not.

Had to be moved to bigger room because we brought additional person. Only room was on the street, was old, no wifi and bathroom tub leaked all over floor.

Brilliant location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast on roof terrace. Really hot shower with fantastic water pressure.

There is a single shared elevator which seems to have a mind of its own of how to manage simultaneous calls from different floors. But otherwise its very good standard for a 3 star hotel.

Large triple room and modern decorated. Decent breakfast but no variation from day to day (7 nights stay). EXCELLENT location, footwalk reach of major attraction. Heating work very well.

No Wi-Fi reception at all in the room, no cellular reception also. Complained twice, a week later, nothing's changed. Very dark room, no daylight in the middle of the day, we had to turn on the electric lights during the day. A little bit depressive and very difficult to wake up in the morning.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - 3mins away from trevi fountain! The check out time is quite early but the staff are kind enough to allow you to leave your bags behind if you have a late flight.

The standard of the room was extremely poor. The room was tiny compared to what is advertised as a "standard double". Room was not fully cleaned - someones half eaten chocolate bar found in bedside locker! There are no english speaking channels apart from one news channel on the t.v.

The room, the location and the breakfast were excellent.

Wifi not that great in the room

Great location - minutes from the Trevi fountain and a short walk to the Barberini metro stop giving access to most places in Rome. Superior room was of a very good standard, nice quality bathroom. Staff helpful. Didn't partake in breakfast so can't comment.

Wasn't offered option of breakfast at check-in. No shower in our room, only a bath tub although it did have a hand-held shower attachment. No tea or coffee making facilities in room.

The location of this hotel was excellent, only a few minutes walk to many attractions. Room was very clean and comfortable although situated in annexe across road from main hotel.

The lifts

The staff was polite and helpful. They all spoke excellent English.The Hotel location was great for those who want to see the sites of Rome.

The breakfast was not worth 10 euro. But the staff that prepared the breakfast was worth 10 Euro.The bathroom shower was poor quality and leaked water everywhere. The shower was too small and every time you tried to wash everything in the bathroom got we. The tv did not work. The pictures of the Hotel that are online are misleading. We won't be coming back

It was very central to most tourist venues in Rome and being near Metro everywhere was easily and cheaply accessible. A good breakfast added to the value for money accommodation.

Close to attractions

No tea/coffee making facilities, hotel had nothing in it not even a bar, put in an annex across the road from main hotel, we went for a superior room so I dread to think what a basic room was. I wouldn't stay there again.

Location is great
