Staff very friendly regardless of their roles. Room very nice and cleaned daily. Relaxed and comfortable feel to hotel. Very busy and noisy main road outside. |

Staff kindness The street outside the hotel is too noisy so If you choose the room facing the street pay attention, but i already knew that and therefore for me it was just fine because the beautifull view of the port compensates it..... |

situated 2 mins from the centre of olbia..clean and tidy but basic. the continental breakfast was a bit bland. overall clean and tidy but it is situated by a main road but i found it not to bothering to be honest. receptionists were very helpfull and spoke very good english also. |

The Hotel is well positioned with ample parking nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful with clear instructions on how to find anything required. The room was of ample size, clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The value was exceptional considering it is a short drive from all the features of Costa Smeralda. |

Hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and polite. Hotel well placed for the airport. They emptied the bins in the street at about 5am. |

Friendly, informative staff with good English spoken. Hotel central to port and shops and restaurants. Poor breakfast, no bar/restaurant facilities on site. Somewhat noisy if overlooking main road. Car parking area dingy and tight. |

The reception staff were excellent and very friendly. The female member of staff serving the breakfasts did not seem to enjoy her job - it seemed that everything was a chore. |
