Interesting decor, friendly staff We booked a superior deluxe room. The room we were given had no windows. It was large in size but still claustraphobic. Also note, this hotel advertises that some of its superior deluxe rooms have panoramic views. This is not true. They have some rooms which have windows on to the street but none have panoramic views. |

All the hotel staff we contacted are very kind and sincere. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The equipments in the room are all new. The bed is very large and its quality is excellent. Anyway, this hotel is so comfortable that any traveller can fully rest. We highly appreciate this hotel! The room we stayed is not equipped with any bath tub. Although the shower room is nice, we wish we had a bath tub. |

ホテルのスタッフはみなさん親切で気持ちよいのよい滞在ができました。部屋の設備もまったく文句なしです。- 朝食も非常においしいです。イブラ地区に近いロケーションも抜群です。 全く問題ありません |

L'ampiezza della camera; la comodità del letto. La cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Curioso il "menù cuscini". Nello stanzino del bagno mancava una mensola porta oggetti; nel vano doccia mancava il portasapone. Anche il lavabo era bello, ma poco funzionale. |

La gentilezza della receptionist. L'eleganza delle strutture e dell'arredo. La conversazione privata al cellulare con voce stentorea della direttrice dell'hotel a due metri dei tavoli della prima colazione. Assenza di ascensore. Difficoltà di parcheggio |

Bom gosto na decoração e conforto do quarto A falta de suporte para transporte das malas e a dificil localização do endereço que consta na reserva e o que é realmente na cidade , pois a abreviatura do mesmo no site não permite nem com o GPS encontrá-lo, somente foi possível com a ajuda de informação de um outro hotel nas imediações. |

Veramente bellissimo. Un antico palazzo ristrutturato con splendide camere affrescate e felice connubio tra antico e moderno. Buona posizione in centro a Ragusa visitabile a piedi. |

Un hôtel somptueux superbement décoré, au coeur de Ragusa, à proximité de Ragusa Ibla. Le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un tarif "sympa" ce qui nous a permis d'accéder à ce luxe.... |

La gentilezza del personale, il frigobar gratuito, la velocità di check in e check out, l'arredamento della camera. Un "non proprio ottimo" isolamento acustico. Non adatto ai diversamente abili, un'uscita di sicurezza era chiusa. |

Se trata de un antiguo palacio habilitado como hotel, con mucho gusto. El trato es excelente, el ambiente relajado y familiar, el desayuno muy rico y tienen una piscina en un hotel próximo que puedes disfrutar. |

Unser Wunsch nach einem anderen als dem zugewiesenen Zimmer (nicht im Erdgeschoss an der Strasse) wurde bei der Ankunft anstandslos und grosszügig erfüllt. Dass wir im Innenhof des nahe gelegenen Hotels Villa Del Lauro (gleicher Hotelbesitzer) den Garten mit Swimmingpool benutzen durften, haben wir sehr geschätzt. Besser gleich dieses Hotel wählen anstatt das Hotel De Stefano! Störendes Ventilatorgeräusch im Innenhof. Frühstück bei laufendem Fernseher. |
