Very good location for visiting Pompeii, easy to find and with parking. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, free WiFi. Good value Wifi not strong in room. Room (family quad) relatively basic but adequately comfortable. |

It was close to the ruins and the staff helped us at all times. The rooms where so clean, even my mother would be proud. It also had parking available and a good breakfast. Perfect. |

We enjoyed out stay at this hotel very much. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was good and the decor very pleasant. The veranda was a lovely touch. We would certainly reccommend this hotel to our friends. |

It is a good hotel opposite the Pompei site (the reason for our 2 day visit), and near to the local railway station and town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, reasonably furnished and air conditioned which is essential if visiting the area in the Summer. |

The hotel was very close to the entrance of the ruins and easy to find The room was basic, but adequate, didn't like the concertina door to the bathroom. We attempted to go into the garden but 3 or 4 large dogs ran straight up to us barking loudly so we quickly retreated and a member of staff didn't bother to remove them so we couldn't go outside. The breakfast was also rather basic, plastic cups for juice and pre-packaged croissants in plastic bags. We only stayed one night, when we tried to pay our bill by credit card were told the machine hadn't been working for a couple of days so would have to pay cash which left a hole in our spending money. There was no apology. The other hotels on our trip were much nicer. This one was pricey for what it was but then you pay a premium to stay in Pompei. |

The hotel is situated opposite the ruins of Pompei and very close to the city centre. We visited Pompei (entry five minutes walk) and the central square of the new city (apr. 10 minutes walk). The staff speak (some english and are very friendly and helpfull) |

Right next to Pompeii which is nice for tired feet. The staff were very nice Room was nice and clean. Across the road was a nice restaurant, pizza and Caprese salad are great! You can have drinks inside the hotel at the bar. Breakfast was very nice. They had a meats and cheese, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea. Very nice! Overall it's an easy stay here. From the short walk to Pompeii, close and in house dining, safe parking and a nice room. Great stay! There is no elevator / lift. If this is an issue for people they need to speak to the hotel before booking. We were on the first floor so carrying up luggage was not an issue. |

Good Balcony! Generally first impression as you walked to reception was pleasing and spacious and no smoking policy was good. Close to Pompei entrance and not far to walk to centrovesuviana, from where you can get to most other places. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room seemed rather dreary, but adequate, Plastic concertina screen door between bedroom and bathroom somewhat 1970's. We found breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at during this trip. In summary it should have been better for the daily rate. |

This hotel was nice. The receptionist was very frielndly. Their was a great free private place to park our car. The WIFi internet worked well. Nice spacious room with a good size balcony. Breakfast was average. Not a much of a selection. When we got into our room the toilet didin't work. We had to change rooms. They say the hotel is 200 meters from the ruins which is right. However, it's actually about a kilometer or more to the actual entrance to the ruins. |

Charming family-run hotel with very friendly staff. Great location about half way between the 2 main entrances to the Pompeii ruins. Close enough to the CircumVesuvianna train station to allow day trips to Vesuvius, Herculaneum etc - so makes a better base than Naples to explore area. |

Ideal location, quarter mile from Ancient Pompeii, as well as from the RR station that brings you to all other places of interest. Super helpfull staff. A little expensive for an old-fashioned hotel, in the off-season. |

Ambiente molto curato a conduzione familiare. |

Located next to the main railway station, Hotel Palma is just a short stroll away from Pompeii’s ancient ruins. Enjoy views of Mount Vesuvius from its panoramic terrace. |
The Grand Hotel Le Zagare is certainly grand with its colonial façade and charming gardens. Set between Naples and Sorrento, it has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. |
