The quietness you can perceive. It is located in a peacfull neighboor in Rome and is fantastic to stay there relatively close to interests points, and great instalations at a relatively afordable rate. The parking facilities are quite messy, like everything related to trafic in Rome!. |

The staff was very helpful. But the location of the Hotel is not suitable for any visitors coming for visiting the city center. It's really far from the center. Comfortable and recommendable unless the location is not important for the visitor. |

Superb location, in a genuine sense, very good neighbourhood, and quiet that is unusual for Rome Snot on a wall that cleaning staff did not bother to notice. And this is all amoung silk panels and other nice pieces... |

Nothing was good about this hotel. Employees had nasty atitude toward customer. They were not helpful or prompt on thier service. Hotel elevator was not properly maintain. When I got on the elevator it drop from 3 floor to 1st floor and door did not open. Hotel did not even care about well being of their customer when that happen. Instead, they told me I'm the only person who had problem. They did not care. They not friendly to children. I was charge extra for my 2 year old to stay with me. They told me either I should get extra room or pay extra 100 euro for my child to stay with us. I felt like I walk into group of mafia run hotel. They mention they have their own parking space, but it's more like front yard with 2 car space. |

The staf in general was quite professionel and kind, the lady at the reception in the morning was particulary helpul and kind. The place is located in a quite street and close to everithing by bus or by car. Parking even if it is small is a luxury in Rome The first day we got a small room, but they changed it next morning for a bigger one. |

the hotel room was nicely designed, staff and service was excellent if you are going there for the first time, it may not be easily found because it was located in a housing area and quite far from the city center. |

The hotel was a bit out of the way for site-seeing. A long walk or bus/taxi was necessary to get to major sites. We had to ask to have our room cleaned when returned from site-seeing at 5:30 p.m., although when we asked they were very responsive. |

The hotel was clean and decorative in the bedroom. High standard of decoration. Air conditioning worked well, staff were friendly, room was very quiet for a city hotel. The bedroom was very small and a little out of the way so needed a cab or long walk to get to places of interest. |

The satellite tv was great. The double room was beautiful specially the large mirror on the wall behind the bed. The mini-bar fridge is a plus too. The staff were a bit rude specially the bar/breakfast and one of night receptionists. Case in point: The hot water for breakfast were never hot and when I asked for it, they ignored me a number of times and I had to insist until finally they gave me some reluctantly with a rude attitude. Also I asked the night receptionist about restaurants around and he ridiculed me and said nowhere is open at 10:30pm. I felt stupid at first but went out anyway and find out about 5 restaurants in walking distance all open and serving. The location is a nice neighborhood but far from main attractions. Buses are available to everywhere though. |

Very pleasantly decorated. Comfortable and nice, this hotel makes you feel at home. Also very well connected to the city center. Very good value for the price. Staff at the reception desk is very efficient, but not the waiters for breakfast (it takes them ages to bring a coffee or refill the dishes and baskets) nor the bar (we made a hopeless attempt to get a drink before we realised there is one and the same person for the terrasse, the bar and the restaurant...) |

The breakfast was terrible. We were there for 5 days and basically everyday the breakfast was as bad as the others. Only a limited choice of food, and some days that had finished. |

Excellent neighbourhood, very quiet, safe and beautiful, everything was blooming. Had own parking (though small), but not a problem to park around in the street. There is a beautiful park nearby. If we didn't have a car, it would be difficult to get downtown for sightseeing as it's pretty remote. |

Almost everything. The room where we stayed has a very large terrace that compensates the very small dimensions of the room. There is a very little parking (a puzzle situation for about 5-6 cars maximum). On the Booking.com hotel form they tell that, if you book the place you will have a parking inside the hotel. It is not the truth because they don't reserve the car place. Anyway it is not difficult to find a parking place in the neighbourhood, even if it is a blue zone, so you have to pay the parking on the working days. |

Very good location, very close to a nice park and not far from Piaza del Popolo . Nice breakfast. The staff was very helpfull. The double bed was really 2 beds connected together. There was a constant sound of floating water from the pipes in the wall |
