Room and breakfast
It seems that all showers leak water to the floor.
The reception was welcoming and kind. Hotel is located in the centre, all major attractions within walking distance(we used metro only once for Vatican, it's a bit far) It's also close to Termini station so after taking the train downtown you can walk to the hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms, with great bathrooms. Delicious breakfast. All of hotel employees were really nice.
Poor Wi-fi signal in the rooms. Breakfast is same everyday so it gets boring after a while.
The hotel was very nice. Choosing from the internet is always iffy and this turned out very well. Breakfast was more than adequate. The room quite comfortable.
We requested an early check- in time since we were flying all night and arriving first thing in the morning. They granted our request but when we got to the hotel our room was not ready. While we were able to leave our suitcases we had to walk around with a heavier tote bag and backpack then we normally would have taken with us since they were filled with items from the flight. And after 9 hours on a plane, it would have been nice to freshen up a bit before beginning our exploration of Rome.
Nice person at front desk called Valentina; Close to importants points of interest.
Narrow street, difficult to stop the taxi; There view from my room was not good.
Clean and bright room. Felt quite comfortable.
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I have to say it was really lovely! Breakfast was included and was very tasty with a wide variety. The room was small but spotlessly clean! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great with many landmarks within walking distance!! The hotel can arrange private transfer to and from Ciampino airport for €50 each way. A public taxi was more expensive.
Rooms were small but having said that they are lovely decorated and spotlessly clean!!
Breakfast Location Helpful Staff WiFi Worked The staff spoke English very well, were able to help me with everything I needed to know about the area, arrange transport. The breakfast was very nice. I liked that it wasn't just a European breakfast, they had eggs, etc for a more American/Global selection. Very nice boutique facility that is new and clean and hip/classy looking. Compared to the old warehouse of a hotel I stayed at in Catania, this was a great stay.
Uncomfortable Bed. I noticed this at pretty much all the hotels I stayed at in Italy - hard mattresses and bad pillows.
the hotel is central if you are visiting for tourism.
No parking, thye use a garage 10 minutes walk away, which is expensive and inconvenient. They refused to cancel my booking when I discovered this, because I was mislead during the search phase.
Proximity to shopping , monuments and restaurants
Unable to adjust aircon below 21degrees which made for a sticky night. Opening window left traffic noise get in.
Valentino was very helpful in assisting us with taxis, restaurants and sights, for a new member of staff she was very capable
We requested a late check out, was nt available we then asked if we could have a shower as we had a late flight, said we could but there would be a charge of 50 euro, thought they could have at least offered it a bit cheaper also we booked a taxi to the airport at checkout and where told it had been charged to our credit card, when we got to the airport the taxi requested payment and we didnt have any euros, when we phoned the hotel to check we found the manager male very rude and hard to deal with - think as a manager on both of these occasions he was very hard to deal with
Loved the comfort of the hotel, staff very helpful
No atomsphere in the bar, Breakfast was ok
Everything; lovely calm breakfast room with excellent service; immaculate bedrooms; prime location within 15 minutes of major sites
location, very clean.
Everything. Staff very helpful as one would expect. Super king-size bed, copious breakfast, beautiful marble everywhere. Bedroom, bathroom, bath and shower and surroundings were first class.
Location is good (you can walk to the main sites). Room is quiet. Breakfest is good.
WiFi signal is very week (unable to download messages and work). For the price they should improve that.
Slow internet speed
nice interior, good breakfast, good value for money
no garage close to the hotel, better to arrive by taxi
Perfect hotel to visit Rome. Quiet street but close enough to Termini. Personal in the hotel was really polite and helpfull. They carried our luggage to the room. Breafast was excellent.
The wifi connection was poor or didn't work but that's the only fault
Clean modern and reasonably sized rooms Excellent location for sight seeing Great breakfast selection Very friendly and helpful staff WiFi
Air conditioning didn't work so it was very hard to sleep in the heat
Breakfast are excellent. You should have breakfast outside, in the inner yard. It's so marvelous sitting outside. The room is stylish, they clean several times per day. That was nice. The location is good.
Wifi, but I guess it's an Italian nationalproblem :) another minus is the bed - it had two separate pieces of mattress instead of big one. Not so tragically but still not really comfortable.
Location very good for us, walking distance from Rome termini, and then we could walk to all major sight. The room's decor was stunning and very comfortable. Great breakfast, catering for all the usual tastes.
Wifi only really worked in communal area. Communal areas including lounge and bar uninteresting and unwelcoming. I never saw anyone, including members of staff, in the bar area.
Location was perfect but u have to take an open tour bus to see all places in rome ,good breakfast, friendly staff.
No kettle in the room, first day we took a taxi from termini station for 15€ because of heavy luggage.
Located on a quiet street but very close to via Nazionale and main attractions. The staff at front desk are very friendly - found and booked for us great trattoria for a dinner. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Price is reasonable, especially in comparison with Florence))
