Set in a beautiful 19th-century building, Eurostars International is across the road from Rome's Opera Theatre. Its elegant rooms feature free-Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV.
Score from 1504 reviews Very good
Everything; lovely calm breakfast room with excellent service; immaculate bedrooms; prime location within 15 minutes of major sites
location, very clean.
Everything. Staff very helpful as one would expect. Super king-size bed, copious breakfast, beautiful marble everywhere. Bedroom, bathroom, bath and shower and surroundings were first class.
Location is good (you can walk to the main sites). Room is quiet. Breakfest is good.
WiFi signal is very week (unable to download messages and work). For the price they should improve that.
Slow internet speed
nice interior, good breakfast, good value for money
no garage close to the hotel, better to arrive by taxi
Perfect hotel to visit Rome. Quiet street but close enough to Termini. Personal in the hotel was really polite and helpfull. They carried our luggage to the room. Breafast was excellent.
The wifi connection was poor or didn't work but that's the only fault
Clean modern and reasonably sized rooms Excellent location for sight seeing Great breakfast selection Very friendly and helpful staff WiFi
Air conditioning didn't work so it was very hard to sleep in the heat
Breakfast are excellent. You should have breakfast outside, in the inner yard. It's so marvelous sitting outside. The room is stylish, they clean several times per day. That was nice. The location is good.
Wifi, but I guess it's an Italian nationalproblem :) another minus is the bed - it had two separate pieces of mattress instead of big one. Not so tragically but still not really comfortable.
Location very good for us, walking distance from Rome termini, and then we could walk to all major sight. The room's decor was stunning and very comfortable. Great breakfast, catering for all the usual tastes.
Wifi only really worked in communal area. Communal areas including lounge and bar uninteresting and unwelcoming. I never saw anyone, including members of staff, in the bar area.
Location was perfect but u have to take an open tour bus to see all places in rome ,good breakfast, friendly staff.
No kettle in the room, first day we took a taxi from termini station for 15€ because of heavy luggage.
Located on a quiet street but very close to via Nazionale and main attractions. The staff at front desk are very friendly - found and booked for us great trattoria for a dinner. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Price is reasonable, especially in comparison with Florence))
Rooms are not spacios
Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and graciously served. WIFI worked well. Good location on a quiet street.
Clean and modern with good breakfast.
Girl at the front desk was rude and unfriendly.
The wifi is terrible
Everything was close to hotel
Near to the historic center of town. Clean Newly built
Wifi was not always working properly. Sometimes it was working and sometimes not. Threre was o terrible noise from in side the hotel in the afternoon one day, and to our question, they gave no answer. The bathroom was small with a plastic bathtube and no racks at all to hang towels or other things. They had plastic glasses in the room, and the floor was not laminated as it shows in pictures, but covered with carpet. Only the small double rooms with shower have a laminated floor. Concerning all above, when we chose the hotel we mainly based to the rating that was 8.9 (excellent), that is not Real.

Everything! This hotel is a gem on every score! Perfect marks from us! From the gentleman who carried out bags up to our room, to the receptionists, everyone who worked there were happy to help out in any way! The rooms are magnificent and location is perfectly central! Would love to go back! In fact I think we will!!
Nothing! But Rome is bursting at the seams with tourists so it's just a tiny bit too crowded! But there's a reason for that....it's one of the best cities in the world to visit.
Easy to get to and friendly, capable staff. I liked the rooms and they felt clean and fresh. No scuff marks on the paintwork etc. We had stayed in a similar hotel the month before and this was far superior at the price.
The breakfast could have done with a couple more hot options.
Location and location
Breakfast a vast array Rooms comfortable and very very quiet Wi-fi Staff were exellent and helpful Service...nothing was too much Airport shuttle great service
Location was not great, long walks to best parts of city It rained one day and the inner courtyard was lethal under foot. You had to cross it to get to breakfast or out of the hotel.
- Slow wi-fi - got bitten by some insects
