Staff are really friendly. They are best, I would like to go back to this hotel. If visit Rome.

The service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. We also enjoyed the self service breakfast.

My wife ordered the lamb chops for dinner on Thursday 21st March. They had been dipped in a flour coating and deep fried, the result was difficult to eat. When we had finished the main course we commeted on the poor quality of the lamb chops to the waiter before ordering a sweet. The waiter delivered the sweet and confirmed it would not be charged to our bill, we were pleased to accept the offer.

Breakfast (cold scrambled eggs and bacon). Plastic knife and spoon for weekends. Low-medium quality of foods for breakfast. Old furniture. Really small bathroom. It is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

The rooms are small but clean. The hotel seems a little old but we like it. We would definitely stay here again because it was so convenient to the metro but out of the downtown area so it was cheaper. That being said, I noticed a few things that I thought I would pass on to you. When we arrived they asked us if we wanted a king bed or 2 beds (hooray! Not typical for Europe). Breakfast was standard for Europe. Meats, cheeses, breads, pastries. They also had scrambled eggs (tasted like made with olive oil instead of butter … hubby loved them) and bacon. Also fruit and some cakes, coffee, tea, juice. You can order a cappuccino or an espresso at the bar and it is free. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant on the first night there. We ordered the taste of Rome – 5 courses including a glass of wine, and ½ liter of water. Cost 30€. Food was really good. Wine was so-so.

There is construction across the street. They usually started working at 8:30 every morning. We didn’t have much problem with the noise. We closed the window, put on the air conditioner and turned on our tablets that had a sound machine app – but one morning (only one morning out of five) there was very loud banging that started at 8 A.M. – a little disturbing as I wanted to sleep but then I decided that since I was in Rome I should get out of bed and get moving. And the banging was so loud that staying on the opposite side of the hotel wouldn’t have worked because I could hear it from several blocks away as I was walking to the metro.

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the metro line and bus stop.

The bathroom, which was leaky. The attitude of the staff - none of them had a smile on their faces, removing dishes from tables when people are still eating and evicting people from the beakfast room as soon as the time was up, without giving them even a few minutes extra to finish their breakfast.

Buon rapporto qualitá prezzo, ottima zona per chi viaggia per lavoro. Ottima zona anche per chi vuole uscire la sera, molti i locali per ballare e bere qualcosa dopo cena.

comportamento di un cameriere durante la prima colazione, che ha espresso ad alta voce il suo disappunto perché la gente continuava ad entare nella sala anche dopo le 10.00. In un 4 stelle penso che un po' di elasticità sia dovuta...
