Meget velholdt hotel, hvor det eneste der trak fra var stedets belliggenhed, såfremt man er på sightseeing i Rom. Personalet var yderst behjælpelig og venlig, og værelset var af meget høj standard. Maden i hotellets restaurant var i top, ligesom morgenbuffeten. Sjældent at se så stort et udvalg af morgenmad i Italien. Eneste minus er, at hotellet ligger ca. 20. km.udenfor Rom, - dog med gode busforbindelser til nærmeste Metrostation i Anagnina (10.min) og herfra 15 min. til Termini-stationen midt i Rom. På trods af beliggenheden kan jeg varmt anbefale hotellet. |

Godt familievärelse, nyt og flotte bygninger, fin service i reception bar og restaurant, söde og venlige ansatte, rimelig ro trods kort afstand til lufthavn, og kort afstand til lufthavn er godt. Bedre informationer til raadighed om hvornaar den lokale bus körer til Metrostationen - i det hele taget om hvordan man kommer til Rom. Turistinformationer om attraktionerne i Rom: Aabningstider, priser, hvordan kommer man der til etc. |

The hotel was under some renovations so the fitness center was closed, which was mildy upsetting. However we payed very little for our stay so it was still good value. the restaurant was delicious although on the expensive side. Close enough to either airport. Not much closeby for grocery stores,, especially at night unless you drive into rome |

The price was right and the staff spoke English. The shower was very small and the water would turn hot, then very cold, very uncontrolable. Did not provide shutle from the airport; however provided one to the airport on a two hour schedule in the morning. |

This is our second stay. We stayed here longer in August, 2009. Both time, we enjoyed our stay very much. Price is reasonable. / You can enjoy free wireless internect conection in your room, if you take your pc with you. If you don't, you can still use their pc in the hall. Having a car is necesary. We always rent a car. Rome centre is not far from there to drive. / Almost impossible to access by the public transport. / All the rooms have only shower, not bathtub. |

The room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the free Wi-fi service, free pay-tv and the breaklfast was one of the best I've ever had. They served fresh baked Italian pastries and cakes. I would strongly recommend this hotel, but you should have a car because it is pretty far from the centre of Rome and there's almost no public transportation. It's the perfect choice if you can rent a car from Ciampino's airport, which is really close. |

The rooms were very modern. The hotel is not located in Ciampino. It is very difficult to get to unless you have a car or pay for a taxi. It is nowhere near Ciampino train station. Also - the free shuttle to Ciampino is only available at certain times and you have to pay 30euro for a taxi! |

The hotel is very modern with very good facilities. The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the staff welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and included in the price of the room. The hotel is ideal if you want easy access to Ciampino airport, just a few minutes away by car. The website had indicated that the set evening meal would cost 15 euros. It was in fact, 20 euros. While this is still a reasonable price, it would be better if this type of information was up to date. Also, I understand that no food is served at lunchtime. However, we found a restaurant just over 5 minutes walk away down the hill towards the traffic lights, which was both excellent and very reasonably priced. |

We arrived last thursday,after a 4am start at 12.30.We could not check in until 2pm,Little ot no bus service.If u fly into campino aiport the hotel should offer the courtesy pick up.They say on the web page that this facility is available to the airport.This is only true if u can go before mid day,nothing for later flights,which was no good to us,wethought we could avail of this when we booked. |

its nice design the hotel policy regarding check out time they didnt agree to check out at 13:00 unless paying 25 Euro extra. when asking for anything they ask me 2 goto down to the reception they are not cooperated at all, the room rate at the hotel is less than the rate i had from the site by 8 Euro per night |

Fantastic, but as we were upgraded to a suite in adjacent building I am bound to say that. High quality hotel very chic. Clean room, very comfortable. Breakfast best I have had in Italy! |

the hotel is quite new, clean, and the reception stuff is very helpful, breakfast is poor. the location of the hotel is not good, since there is no shuttle service in the night, we cost 30 euro to get a taxi from the airport, for only 5 mins drive. besides, the nearest bus station is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel, and then the bus took nearly 20-30 mins to get to a metro station, and then we took another 20 mins to get to the termini...... |

the standard around the hotel grounds was clean and tidy,with outside garden area which was well maintained for some reason the breakfast room didnt have the same luxury design features of the rest of the hotel |

We stayed at the Excel Roma Ciampino as we wanted to be near Ciampino Airport as we had an early flight in the morning. i chose this hotel from the internet as we also wanted to commute to Rome for some sight seeing. It was perfect you walk up the road and get a bus and /metro into Rome central and we were literally five mins by car away from the airport. Hotel was spotless and breakfast was very tasty. Would recommend to my friends. |

Nice facility for the money - good staff Drink was too expensive. No transport to the hotel or from the hotel - they only take people at certain times. Cost of taxi exceeded cost of overnight stay. Not cool. |

The food was good however the restaurant was empty so no atmosphere and they didnt have quite a few items on the menu. It was empty, noone around, a bit spooky realy. It was in a strange location too and our room had marks all over the wall and a loud extractor noise. |
