The location is great airport and is economic and comfortable.

The noise from other guests who are very inconsiderate making a noise at 2am!

Hotel is very close at the airport champino but if you go their with a taxi carefull because it costs 30€.

Luigi, the concierge, was incredibly efficient & helpful. He speaks perfect English. The location was fairly close to the airport and this meant we arrived in our spacious suite quickly after our evening flight. The prompt shuttle to the train station the next day (which we booked) was free. The suite was very clean & comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, a nice green outlook from the balcony and the breakfast was very good. Perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. Would use it again.

-The name of the hotel should be well ilumined because even with the gps you'll miss the exit - it's not acceptable that a 4 stars hotel, near an airport, didn't have a sandwich to serve to the costumers that arrive at 22h. - the waiters should be more helpfull, and when we ask for something they should stop and listening to the costumers and find what we're looking for, that in this case was a simple orange juice

The room was spacious, modern and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was adequate but eggs and bacon would have been much better than cold ham and cheese. TV had numerous channels--but all Italian. Even one or two English channels would have been nice.

The mini bar wasn't operational, there was no snacks available in the vending machine. The restaurant was closed by 6pm with no room service and the terrace was filthy with cigarette butts. My daughters room hadn't even been cleaned upon arrival so we had to ask for the room to be swapped. Our bathroom shower and wash hand basin leaked & the location of the hotel was poo as there was nowhere within the vicinity to obtain a hot meal as the hotel restaurant had closed an hour after our arrival.

If you are with a car or a tourist group with a bus I would definitely suggest this hotel: big, clean and modern rooms, rich breakfast, free WIFI. Very clean weather and friendly hotel staff. Free airport shuttle to Ciampino Airport (8:00-12:00/3 times in the morning - seats need to be reserved).

The staff hotel is friendly, the room was very nice. Daily cleaning, change of towels is done every day, bed linen was changed in 3 days.

Poor breakfast, not very diversified. In the bathroom is just soap, missing shower gel and shampoo.

The reception personel was realy helpful

Everything about the this hotel lives up to it's name Excellent! We stayed here twice in our tour of Italy it was the best hotel of our entire holiday value for money and fantastic service from Luigi nothing was too much trouble on both of our stays. Thank you Luigi

We enjoyed the breakfast! We did enjoy coming back to a clean room.

The staffs never smiled or seem to enjoy their work . We received bad information from the front desk about traveling around the area. We had to ask for information about the area to travel around the local area. We could never find a restaurant that was open even the one in the hotel. The couch needs to be replaced with a bed. The laundry service is not convenient and very overpriced.

The rooms were tidy and neat, it was reasonably priced

They advertise WiFi available everywhere in the hotel, yet I could only get it in reception, there was no service at breakfast and a limited selection. There was no available mini bar and a note saying there was vending machines downstairs as an alternative. There were no booklets or brochures on the town or hotel. And the hotel is advertised as an airport hotel but is a considerable distance from the airport. The staff weren't very eager to assist and were understaffed

pretty close to airport (CIA) breakfast was quite okay, lots of choices and reasonably hot. Our room was big enough - had a kitchenette (we didn't need one) and room was spacious enough.

We wanted a hotel close to the Ciampino Airport, which this one is only 10 minute drive away. The staff was wonderful. We ended up being sick upon arrival and they brought us tea and biscotti to our room for free. Then our son was ill in the middle of night in his bed and the staff brought all new bedding at 2:30 am, with no complaints or hassles. The facilities are great and the annex rooms are huge and spacoius for a family of four. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone. The food was constantly being replaced when running low on something. We thought that it might be a bit noisy being so close to the airport but the planes fly at decent hours and it didn't disturb us.

The shower door leaked a little and we had to drive about 10 minutes to a nearby town for dinner...but well worth it!
