Erityisesti yhdellä lapsista vaikea ruoka-aineallergia ja otettuamme etukäteen yhteyttä hotelliin asia huomioitiin aamiaisella tosi hyvin. Hänelle valmistettiin erikseen hänen diettinsä mukainen aamiainen. Kiitos tästä 14.6. tarjoiluvuorossa olleelle henkilökunnalle.

The price was right and the staff spoke English.

The shower was very small and the water would turn hot, then very cold, very uncontrolable. Did not provide shutle from the airport; however provided one to the airport on a two hour schedule in the morning.

The room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the free Wi-fi service, free pay-tv and the breaklfast was one of the best I've ever had. They served fresh baked Italian pastries and cakes.

I would strongly recommend this hotel, but you should have a car because it is pretty far from the centre of Rome and there's almost no public transportation. It's the perfect choice if you can rent a car from Ciampino's airport, which is really close.

Particularly liked access to a balcony and size of the rooms.

The hotel is very modern with very good facilities. The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the staff welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and included in the price of the room. The hotel is ideal if you want easy access to Ciampino airport, just a few minutes away by car.

The website had indicated that the set evening meal would cost 15 euros. It was in fact, 20 euros. While this is still a reasonable price, it would be better if this type of information was up to date. Also, I understand that no food is served at lunchtime. However, we found a restaurant just over 5 minutes walk away down the hill towards the traffic lights, which was both excellent and very reasonably priced.

We arrived last thursday,after a 4am start at 12.30.We could not check in until 2pm,Little ot no bus service.If u fly into campino aiport the hotel should offer the courtesy pick up.They say on the web page that this facility is available to the airport.This is only true if u can go before mid day,nothing for later flights,which was no good to us,wethought we could avail of this when we booked.

Fantastic, but as we were upgraded to a suite in adjacent building I am bound to say that. High quality hotel very chic. Clean room, very comfortable. Breakfast best I have had in Italy!

the hotel is quite new, clean, and the reception stuff is very helpful,

breakfast is poor. the location of the hotel is not good, since there is no shuttle service in the night, we cost 30 euro to get a taxi from the airport, for only 5 mins drive. besides, the nearest bus station is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel, and then the bus took nearly 20-30 mins to get to a metro station, and then we took another 20 mins to get to the termini......

the standard around the hotel grounds was clean and tidy,with outside garden area which was well maintained

for some reason the breakfast room didnt have the same luxury design features of the rest of the hotel

Nice facility for the money - good staff

Drink was too expensive. No transport to the hotel or from the hotel - they only take people at certain times. Cost of taxi exceeded cost of overnight stay. Not cool.
