If you are with a car or a tourist group with a bus I would definitely suggest this hotel: big, clean and modern rooms, rich breakfast, free WIFI. Very clean weather and friendly hotel staff. Free airport shuttle to Ciampino Airport (8:00-12:00/3 times in the morning - seats need to be reserved).

The staff hotel is friendly, the room was very nice. Daily cleaning, change of towels is done every day, bed linen was changed in 3 days.

Poor breakfast, not very diversified. In the bathroom is just soap, missing shower gel and shampoo.

Everything about the this hotel lives up to it's name Excellent! We stayed here twice in our tour of Italy it was the best hotel of our entire holiday value for money and fantastic service from Luigi nothing was too much trouble on both of our stays. Thank you Luigi

We enjoyed the breakfast! We did enjoy coming back to a clean room.

The staffs never smiled or seem to enjoy their work . We received bad information from the front desk about traveling around the area. We had to ask for information about the area to travel around the local area. We could never find a restaurant that was open even the one in the hotel. The couch needs to be replaced with a bed. The laundry service is not convenient and very overpriced.

The rooms were tidy and neat, it was reasonably priced

They advertise WiFi available everywhere in the hotel, yet I could only get it in reception, there was no service at breakfast and a limited selection. There was no available mini bar and a note saying there was vending machines downstairs as an alternative. There were no booklets or brochures on the town or hotel. And the hotel is advertised as an airport hotel but is a considerable distance from the airport. The staff weren't very eager to assist and were understaffed

pretty close to airport (CIA) breakfast was quite okay, lots of choices and reasonably hot. Our room was big enough - had a kitchenette (we didn't need one) and room was spacious enough.

hotel looked a little 'tired' - it was clean but not spotless. NOTHING in the neighborhood to do! Pillows on beds were VERY weird and uncomfortable...!

We wanted a hotel close to the Ciampino Airport, which this one is only 10 minute drive away. The staff was wonderful. We ended up being sick upon arrival and they brought us tea and biscotti to our room for free. Then our son was ill in the middle of night in his bed and the staff brought all new bedding at 2:30 am, with no complaints or hassles. The facilities are great and the annex rooms are huge and spacoius for a family of four. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone. The food was constantly being replaced when running low on something. We thought that it might be a bit noisy being so close to the airport but the planes fly at decent hours and it didn't disturb us.

The shower door leaked a little and we had to drive about 10 minutes to a nearby town for dinner...but well worth it!

Communication problems (no english) with restaurant staffs... Small and old TV with only one channel....

A lot.... Constant bad sewage smell in the bathroom which got really bad sometimes. Same smell in the toilets in reception so obviously a drainage/sewer design problem. Bad internet reception in the room... Air-conditioning system was very loud. You'll have to turn it off to have any decent sleep... Showers in the room not overly clean with mouldy and scum stains in the rubber sealants and corners. Slow draining shower...

It was perfect for our trip. Would have stayed much longer if we had more time! Our apartment was amazing!!! Breakfast was also great with scrambled eggs and prosccuto!

The only down thing was the noisy generator that started up every few hours! But only for a few minutes. 2nd night didn't even hear it.

The price is reall budget friendly. It's really a nice place to stay if you just want to pass Rome and travel to other city, since the location is really close to the Ciampino Airport.
