The friendliest, most helpful & professional staff in Europe. Large comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Internet available in rooms at very reasonable rate.TV with channels/programs where you could select English Language !!! very excited about this, although little time spent in room. Very good selection and quality of breakfast (included in rate). Good location with easy access to water taxi. |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and cordial. They made our stay in Venice all the more enjoyable. The breakfast service was rather slow due to shortage of staff and the breakfast spread was very limited in view of the room rates. |

Nice hotel, small rooms, You pay a lot for the location. But a very pleasant hotel They charged the hotelcost on the day when I made my booking. So one month in advance. (so I had paid the hotelcast, one month before I arrived, very unusual) |

Upon arrival the hotel staff were fantastic, recommending all the best places to go and booking us a table at a top restaurant for the night. We were shown to our room which was lovely, nice size with a great bed and shower. The breakfast buffet is great with all different varieties of food to suit different tastes. The hotel made our trip the best one yet, the staff are so polite and friendly, always there to help you in any way possible. All in all I would definitely give Hotel Dei Dragomanni a 9/10! One off just because we love breakfast in bed! Can't have it all though... |

The room was small and the alley way leading up to the hotel was dug up. When we got into our room it did not seem to have been cleaned/dusted properly. |

This hotel was amazing!!!! The staff were excellent, the breakfast was perfect and the location tops the cake. I would deffinately stay here again and recommend it to my cloest friends and family. It's Venice's hidden gem! It would have been nice to have a free internet service. |

Good locatioin, friendly staff, nice decor. The food for breakfast was good quality. Tiny room, no wardrobe, no bath, no blankets (just sheets), somewhat shabby furniture, no sewing kits in the room, no cooked breakfast - would expect more from 4 stars. |

I have stayed in more than 20hotels during this summer. The staff of this hotel surpassed everyone else in all other places; professional, friendly (from the heart), approachable and discrete. The room overlooking the gardens and the canal was incredible. The location was also excellent, in a quite road but very close to everything. The internet was expensive. |

Nice and clean with good decor. Friendly staff. Close to St Mark's Square and public water transport. Breakfast area small. At certain times becomes very crowded. Wait to get a seat. No cooked breakfast. |

People at the desk were nice but not very helpful in recommendations. Basic location was good. Construction going on outside of hotel. They were digging up pipes which interfered with water in rooms. We had a leak in our room in bathroom which they did nothing about. |
