Efficient and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet (included) Good location. Walking distance to museums, monuments, shopping etc.

Laundry and pressing service takes 48 hrs as of Friday afternoon.(No iron available in room) We found a local cleaner who pressed our shirts within 3 hrs at less than halve the price.

Hotel room was great and staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a safe and good location . . . near bus transportation, walking distance to the Vatican, Spanish Steps and Campo di Fiore Market. I would definitly stay there again!!!

Cost was a bit high, but in the end worth it!

The staff were very helpful & provided my wife & I with over the top service. Room was comfortable & kept clean for the four days we were there.

The roof top terrace was not very welcoming & didn't look as though it had been cleaned for a while. Didn't use the gym but whenever we were around there was no sign of any staff.

Location which was a bit out of the way from the hub of the city. Our bathroom was a bit dated and in need of fresh grouting. The toilet also had unsavoury stains in it.

Hotel was great! The place is perfect to see the whle Rome by foot! Moreover, there are many great restaurants close to the hotel.

The staff was really helpful, also the location is great - in the very calm street, but not far from the famous objects (~15 min).

The breakfast buffet is only fair, no vegetables (tomatoes, etc.) included. In our room (it was a suite) hairdryer was not working, also a third bed in a room was not a proper bed (as it used to be set in other hotels), but only a transformed sitting bed - sleeping was not comfortable, so I would not recommed this hotel for three persons staying in the suite.

We could walk to a lot of interesting locations. Breakfast was good.

Air-conditioning was noisy. Had to ask for clean towels on one day. Desk staff were not helpful or particularly pleasant.

Very busy breakfast room around 9:00 - groups of 4+ people were waiting for a table to sit together; they don't have account with Trenitalia and could not provide train tickerts, however recommended travel agency very close to hotel where we could buy train tickerrts in advance

the hotel was very boutique like and the bed was huge.i loved the fact that they saw that it was my wife's birthday and when we returned from a day walking there was a bottle of complimentary prosecco

Central courtyard amplified noise and funnelled cigarette smoke - a problem in the warmer months when one would need the window to be open.

you could not control the room temperature. The room was very hot.

The staff was very kind, the hotel was nice and cozy, the room was clean and comfortable.

The access to the internet had problems, there was no access to a printer from the public pc, the breakfast was not so special.

The hotel is ideally situated! It is near Palazzo Di Giustizia, close to Castel Sant Angelo, 10 minutes walk to Piazza Spagna, 10 minutes walk to Vatikan and 10 minutes walk to Piazza Navonna. We spent 11 days in suite. Everything was perfect! The only problem - every day you have to find place to park. Nevertheless, we liked the hotel very much. Thanks Booking.com for great deals!

Every time you have to find place to park. This is real task in Rome! :) Moreover, you have to pay it twice a day (maximum - 8 hours).

Great location, very close to the main museums. Was a very good price for this kind of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Substantial breakfast. Nice decorations with pictures and statues. The staff at the reception were all wearing Christmas hats:)

On the day of arrival we found a hair in the bed, but the staff changed the sheets immediately. No kettle in the room, which is almost a catastrophy. No free wifi in the room. Or if you could catch it, it had a very bad signal. It was Christmas and wasn't a very good food supply. One day satellite tv didn't work

The staff was amazing. They tried to help you in any way they could. their dinner suggestions were incredible. They had the best wine by the glass at the bar. The rooms were great, highly recommend the superior suite. It was a super location and awesome for my teens.

I have forgot a low-value good in the room, called them the same day from the airport on leaving, and got it by mail in a few days (in Italy). That was great!

Wifi in every room, but it is not free. I think internet should be a free service in every hotel, especially when the mobile telephone line is scarcely available in the structure.

We liked the downstairs lounge and Breakfast room. The breakfast staff and breakfast itself was also very good. The local area has many good shops and eateries including a fabulous Gelaterie.

The standard room was very small and a little outdated for wear and tear, even though nicely decorated. There was also a little bit of mould underneath the window sill on the wallpaper where there has been previous water leaks.

The hotel staff is very unprepared. They all, from the reception to the waiter, seem kind of lost, most of them aren´t gentle and dont seem to care to provide guests a nice and enjoyable stay. Room service is dismal. One night I asked for a hamburger and I got just the hamburger with a cheese slice, warmed up in microwaves, with no bread... Poor....

Location, cleanliness of facilities, friendliness of staff

From the moment of our arrival we greeted with a smile and and an excellent service from all the staff which continued throughout our stay. The receptionist was more than helpful and outlined, on a map she provided, the best sights and restaurants. The hotel itself is central and within easy walking distance to everything bar the Colosseum, which is still only a 15min bus journey from a stop at the end of the street. The rooms were spacious, modern and spotless with a turn down service each evening to boot. The breakfast provided was perfect as well, with all the cereals, pastries, bacon, scrambled etc I may be looking at the hotel with rose tinted because of our magical stay but I just cant fault the hotel, staff and location.

The price of the bar and mini bar was extortionate and obviously aimed at corporate business travelers, but this was easily overcome by the local shops and restaurants.
