solo lo staff delle reception....camere bruttissime... differenti dlle foto...avendo fatto una prenotazione no rimborsabile ho avuto una bella delusione....la mia superior a 139 euro era piu' piccola di una standard di 30 euro....deludente pure booking che lo consigli...non cosi'...io in booking mi affido tanto ma questa e' la prima vera e grande delusione...tutto orrendo...un caldo tremendo...bagno bruttissimo...un rumore tremendo x un eco assordante...urla gia' dalle sei della mattino...e una bottiglia di ferrarelle pagata 15 euro...neanche al rome cavalieri hilton e al principe di savoia a milano ho pagato 15 euro una ferrarelle e 10 euro un espresso....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tutto...tranne un po' la gentilezza della reception...una vera delusione...puo' andare bene x nziani e turisti non esigenti...e caro!!!! |

Hotellets läge helt perfekt ur perspektivet att kunna promenera till de flesta stora historiska sevärdheter. Även personalens bemötande och servicevillighet var berömvärd. Frukosten kunde nog ha varit bättre , det som fattades var det lilla småvarma som ägg och bacon . |

Rien L 'hôtel ne correspond en rien aux photographies par lesquelles il est présenté. l'accueil est inquisitoire et les formalités vexantes : scans des papiers d'identité et de la carte bancaire ; Les chambres donnant sur la cour intérieur sont aveugles et sans aucun charme. Le toit terrasse n'est pas aménagé. Le petit déjeuner est très insuffisant tant en variété qu'en qualité. |

Camere molto ben curate e spaziose. Quiete e silenzio nei piani. Posizione centrale e molto comoda. La colazione, non degna dell'hotel. Molto scarsa e con alimenti di pochissima qualità. |

Posizione strategica in centro città, silenziosità della camera, pulizia. Colazione davvero molto carente, arredamento vetusto, condizionatore rumoroso. Tutti i servizi extra sono a pagamento. Prezzo eccessivo per la qualità della camera (confrontato con altri hotel pari categoria in italia e all'estero). |

Det ligger fint. dog lidt afsides. værelset var godt og stort.. Smukt hotel. venligt. Hvis jeg havde betalt fuld pris for værelset, havde jeg følt mig grundigt snyt! Nu havde jeg kun betalt ca.halv pris og det var rimeligt. |
