location very good, breakfast not bad, comfortable bed, very clean nice bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.
not providing free wifi to the guests as nowdays most of the hotels provide it for free.
Central location, close to the Roma Termini Station, restaurants, and located in a secure block; The room is quite good, clear and clean with equiped bathroom. The Wi-Fi is functionable. The staff is very friendly and attentious to our needs. Would stay there again.
The stay included breakfast by 7.00. When we turned up for breakfast at 7 the restaurant was closed , when we asked for it ,only then did they open and start to make preparations!
Great central location Breakfast Very nice shower Safe in the room Fridge in the room
Aircon (had to call reception to turn on/off, and was noisy) Window (didnt open all the way) Pillows
Breakfast is pretty good
The bathroom was small and smelled. Poorly lit environment. Dirty walls in the room and in the common spaces. Not well restored the building
perfect location, very good and tasty breakfast, nice and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again!
nothing that we didn't like (only the wifi that isn't free)
location , comfortable beds , front desk staff
lift , wifi only 1 hour was free . poor breakfast
Great location, 5 min to Termini. Nice and welcoming staff. Good breakfast.
No lift. No free wifi.
Cleaniness friendly staff location
wifi not included (not even in deluxe rooms) frequent problems with elevator
Good budget hotel for a short stay in Rome - near Termini station and on the quiet street. Surprisingly good breakfast.
You have to pay for wi-fi.
It is a very conveniently located hotel, clean with friendly staff. Good enough, if the idea is to have a base near the Stazione Termini, within walking distance, and walk all day visiting Rome. The location is also a very quiet one, and the quality of your sleep is assured.
Friendly stuff, clean room, big room, fair breakfast.
Extremely noisy at night, walls look old, charging for WiFi.
Location: very close to Termini rail station and next to tourist see sight buses. On another note, the coffee/Restaurant next to the Hotel was UNBELIEVABLY delicious, great /helpful/kind staff, free wifi, amazing food. You guys should add them on your list of restaurants.
The rooms showed in pictures are not the same, they are actually very poor, filthy, it had dead bugs everywhere. We had to pay 20 euros per night for an air conditioner which wasn't either cool enough and had to call Reception for them to turn it on, we actually had to call more than once because they normally forget to do it at the time. Breakfast was very poor. Only raw/old bread, no hot food whatsoever. Only breads, jams, chocolate, the and coffee. We informed there was a diabetic person and they didn't do a thing. The worst staff cooperation, they were always treating us with bad attitude and we felt that every time we asked for something we were bothering/annoying them. We had to pay 2 euros per hour for wifi and didn't work properly, was extremely slow!!! we left a couple of tea cups in the room the first night and it stayed there until we left. We asked for hot water (for a tea) because my mum had to take some medicines and they said they could help only if we brought our own cups. they didn't change our bed dresses for the whole time we were there. The worst hotel experience!!
The location was just minutes from the train/metro station by walk, very convenient - and the breakfast was better than I expected, nice surprise
My reservation was for a superior quad room but when we arrived, the superior rooms were "overbooked" and I was given a standard quad room, but not given a discount for the change. I did not receive what was advertised. I was expecting to get a superior room for the price "as advertised".
location, good breakfest, friendly staff, clean room
air conditioner was only operated from the reception desk, too windy
Generally goo accomodation. Cheap and clean.
Although we oroginally wanted to pay in cash it was possible by card. I addtion that, on the arrival my card was charged :( We wanted to cancell the transaction but it was not possible. They offered that we pay by cash and they transfer back the money on my cost. Of course i dd not accept it.
The staffs. They were so friendly and great. We asked whether we can leave our luggage at the hotel for few days after checking out and they said we can leave it without any charge.
The internet wifi. At the door of the hotel, it tells that the wifi is for free. However, when we would like to use the wifi we need to pay to get the id and password.
David is the best!
Easy walk to hotel from station, and very close to the beautiful duomo. Hotel staff very helpful and always smiling. Definitely staying here when i go back to florence.
Staff were very helpful. Location was great and an easy walk from the train station.
female member of staff very unhelpful regarding my brother who was staying the other side of the city who was not allowed to change in my room sisters wedding had to change in toilet downstairs, could have been more helpful would only have taken 15 minutes for what was a special occasion. Also lift broke down and had to use the stairs throughout my stay.
Nice location, the personnel is quite friendly.
The hotel really has a nice wifi connection. However, selling it on the hourly rate basis is really ridiculous.
The hotel is close the Termini station and it is not very far from the historical places. The street is quiet. The room small but comfortable. It was renewed few years ago. The breakfast is abundant. I always live in Dei Mille if I am in Rome.
The cups are small. I like the big portion tea. I am obliged to use two-three cups. It's the only disadvantage of the hotel.
Staff was excellent, very informative, kind, and friendly. Great Location
Overpriced for what I consider was a 1 star hotel. Very old, unpleasant smell in room, poor breakfast, locks on door didn't work well.
