They were willing to help us get an early breakfast as we had to go to the airport early. Free internet. Free parking was available nearby on the street. Nice lobby area.

The room was small compared to other hotel rooms during our Italy trip.

Angera is a lovely place on a lake. Perfect for a romatinc get-away. I was there on business (visiting Ispra actually) but I could come also for holidays. Nice restaurant near the hotel with excellent pizza.

I had to leave very early (at 7am) and the hotel front door was locked so I had to call the nightman and wait for him to find the key. Thankfully, didnt take long but it shouldn't happen.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for my needs and there are plenty of good eating places in the vicinity. I shall certainly return if I visit this area in the future.

I thought it was great that you had bikes for use. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was yummy. I was very helpful to have free wireless internet.

The location is good. Even though it is not exactly on the lake shore, it isn't more than 3 minutes away from a grass beach and a walking pedestrians zone. I recommend to lay under the sun on the sandy beach on east side relative to the hotel. It is 12mins away, near the small harbor for leisure boats. Just keep the shore of the lake and you will find it.

Do not expect a too rich breakfast buffet. It is fair, but maybe not a 3-star one. Also, do not ask for coffee, but for expresso if you'd like to have a real coffee made out of freshly smashed beans (not from powder, like instant one). It was a bit surprising not to find soap in the bathroom. You should bring your own. Also, it may be difficult to find the hotel, depending on the way you come. We came via Arona and the GPS system insisted to go through the old town which is very italian - very narrow and small streets - very easy to get lost / disorientated especially during the night. They offer an underground garage, but be aware it is also very narrow, small and the entrance slope is quite steep. I assume a sport wide car would not fit in there. They do not offer lunch or dinner - just breakfast.

Very small rooms (16 m2). Not at all what you expect from a so called "top floor suite with balcony and lake view". No way to enjoy the balcony because of the sun and no protection at all (high summer). Lake view is a bit exaggerated!!! A/c extremly loud. But without it the room got quickly very hot. Very bad beds. We had a sleepless night and a backache in the morning! No products in bathroom. Not even a soap to wash your hands.... We left earlier than planned.

The hotel was very correct and good enough for us. Our intention was to have a one night hotel near the Maggiore lake and not too far from the airport in Malpensa. Everything was very good.

Small, comfortable hotel, nice breakfast, nice staff, clean, a lot of towels and changed every day, body lotion, soap and shampoo available, as well as tooth brush with tooth paste (which I found extremly thoughtful, since we had to stop on our way and buy a brush cause I forgot mine, and although I didn't need the hotel's one, I was very impressed with their offer). Excellent internet connection in the room, free of charge.

The info in booking.com should be updated, there are things mentioned that are not available anymore. The parking is very small, so even if you book be ready not to find a place available. Regarding breakfast, I would just add eggs, in any form..

I was travelling with my cat and I've selected this hotel mainly because they accepted pets. The staff was fantastic and very helpful with everything even helping me to get my huge car into the narrow entrance garage at 2 am!

mooie ligging vlakbij lago Maggiore. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Als ze iets niet hebben (cola light) dan gaan ze voor je naar de supermarkt.

Colazione discreta, posizione ottima, hotel nel complesso come da categoria (3 stelle).

Gutes Frühstück, frischer Osaft guter Kaffee nettes Personal Parken im Hotel und Wlan war frei, in der Nebensaison gebucht, daher super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Heel aangenaam voor de prijs die we betaalden. Heel dicht bij het meer. Markt en rommelmarkt op zondagmorgen. Ontbijt heel aanvaardbaar.

De eigenaars zijn ietwat 'hotelmoe' en aan het uitbollen.Niettemin zakelijk vriendelijk en vriendelijk personeel

Sehr günstig gelegen, 50m vom Lago Maggiore entfernt. Kostenloses Parken in eigener Garage, Zimmer komfortabel mit Balkon, in der Winterzeit ausreichend beheizbar. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft (vollautomatische Saftpresse). Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
