The staff were particularly good. Friendly, helpful and very cheerful all of which added value to our city break.

Excellent location, rooms a good size and comfortable, hotel staff, breakfast included, windows that opened to a street or courtyard view.

Problems with a leaky bathtub and another room that we swaped from had a leak from the bathroom into the hall, which carpet was wet and had an odor. Hotel staff immediately took care of the problem by swapping us rooms but the carpet will need to be replaced going forward. Odor was bad but hotel staff was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied by upgrading us to another room. Pleased with how they handled the situation.

Our rooms were excellent and we were lucky to have a room with a balcony to sit out on after a day out sightseeing and have a relaxing drink.From checking in all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was ample.We were very central for all sightseeing.We were also lucky to have a spar supermarket next door,as food and drink in Rome is expensive

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, excellent and helpful staff, great location near the Trevi fountain, easy to walk all over Rome from the hotel.

During our 3-day stay, never could get free internet to work, and the temp in our room kept getting TOO warm (we kept turning off the heat, and it would default to house settings and come back on)

Great location and it has parking on site! The hotel staff was excellent as well. I will stay here again the next time I go to Rome!

It is a little hard to drive to because of all the pedestrian streets, so I recommend not driving to it.

Great Hotel. it was our 3rd time in this hotel, after very good experiences before. The staff are the best - same people stays there for long time, very warm and generous. The room was perfect, very clean, very comfortable. The location is the best for the center of Rome. We will come back again, for sure.

Beds were very firm and room was very warm without heat turned on even though temperatures were low - an easy remedy though because window opened upon a beautiful courtyard.

It is in the perfect location, it is very comfortable and is a good value for the cost. The room was smaller than US standards, but it was more than adequate for our 3 night stay. Very good experience as our first introduction to Europe.

The lobby area and the room badly needed the carpets cleaned. We have stayed at the Borgognoni before-it has deteriorated since our stay in June, 2010

Location was perfect. Could walk anywhere or to Spagna metro stop in 5 minutes. Right in the heart of everything going on. Room was large and clean and quiet with nice courtyard view. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered many questions in a courteous way. Excellent English. Based on other reviews we chose this hotel and were not disappointed.

Besides the fabulous location, my husband and I loved the staff. They were personable and friendly and went out of their way to help us. When we were curious about how to acquire tickets to the train to go to Florence, the nice gentleman at the desk replied, "We will take take care of that for you....no need to go to the train station beforehand." The staff greeted us every time we returned from sightseeing and made us feel special. We would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling to Rome. In fact, of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy, the Hotel dei Borgognoni was our favorite!

The location of the hotel was excellent

The breakfast was poor - really horrible coffee but there was a great coffee shop opposite.

The location is great in the heart of the city with cafes everywhere
