The Twentyone is a modern boutique hotel on Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome's best shopping streets. Castel Sant'Angelo and the historic center are just a pleasant 10-minute walk away.
Score from 1555 reviews Very good
One of the highlights of the luxurious Atlante Star Hotel has to be its rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy spectacular views of St. Peter’s Basilica while you eat.
Score from 397 reviews Good
The Worldhotel Ripa Roma is modern hotel in the popular area of Trastevere, 165 ft from the tram stop to the historic center of Rome.

The room and the shower was tiny. There was no reception area. You had to go straight upstairs when you were finished at the desk. The "bar" as a joke (there was no bar or restaurant). The toaster just toasted one side of the bread.
The staff and the bed was comfy and clean
The breakfast was not good
The staff made sure our visit was wonderful. The rooftop breakfast was a treat...great selection to start the day. The staff gave perfect directions to sights, etc. One man even called the restaurant he suggested to make sure we got there! It was a great restaurant too! Now that is service above and beyond. Would recommend to everyone.
The water pressure in the shower was atrocious - it blasts out cold water at a phenomenal rate, but as soon as you switch it to hot it slows to barely a trickle. WiFi is slow and drops out regularly. Very small lobby, staff were unreceptive and not talkative. Breakfast was a joke.
Great location Good price Free wifi (although not very fast) Breakfast is on the top floor
Breakfast selection was very-very slim Room could have been more cozy - just blank walls with no pictures. You have to leave your key to the front desk when you go out Only Italian TV channels available
Hotel spotless and location excellent few mins walk from Vatican City. Rooms are tiny and bed rock hard. Decent hotel but not a 4 star. basic 3 star at most. Roof terrace is beautiful
The rooms were quite and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant upstairs was nice, and the food was great. The manager was friendly and helpful. The receptionist at the front, Whos name was Fabrichio, was outstanding, he was such a great help to us. What an outstanding person. The other receptionist was not so great. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.
did not get to stay longer.
Some will say that rooms was small..for us..rooms were perfect cause we are not going to Rome or Vatican to stay all day in hotel. Italian breakfast..coffee..and the wiew in the morning from terasse..makes our start of the day better.. Ofcourse if I have another chance to go to Vatican..for shure I will stay in the same hotel.
I am Italian living abroad and every time I go to Rome I stay at the Consoli hotel. The location is excellent 2 minutes from Vatican City, the hotel (with both 4 and 3 stars room) is clean and amazing. The most wonderful thing is clearly the breakfast on their panoramic terrace...a must
Location to Vatican
Some staff rude, shower screen broken, safe not working, breakfast very poor and cold, dogs allowed in breakfast area which was disgusting
Excellent location , wifi
Run down hotel, spa didn't work & leaked, no iron, safe broken no instructions, mould on the ceiling, damp smell, no tissues, very basic mini bar, no tea or coffee facilities, basically a room with a bathroom.
Room very small. Bathroom cannot believe that there is not exstendable shower head. Breakfast without proper coffee suits. Taxi service without receipe.
Loved: the cosy feel of this small hotel; kind staff; Fabrizio's fine sense of humor; their help arranging a pick up from and a ride to the airport; perfect location right in the heart of Rome and walking distance to the Vatican, Castel di San Angelo etc.; close to the metro; great breakfast and capuchino in the open air garden on the top floor; windows completely muted the street noise at night; comfortable beds; clean bathrooms; free and fast wifi at all times. Excellent!!! Will come again next time we visit Rome! Thank you everyone!!!
The location was great lots of options to eat. Air conditioning in the room was quite and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed.
The staff were a bit off hand. The prices the hotel charged put me off buying anything at all in the hotel and therefore using the roof terrace. €5 for a fanta is just a bit excessive.
room interiors, location, wifi
limited poor breakfast, broken AC in room, small tv, small rooms, noise on the road outside throughout night, staff.
The staff was very helpful and acted immediately for any request you had. The rooms were small but clean and very quiet. Location is close to the Vatican. Air conditioning worked great. Great recommendations for dining!
The main lobby is a small desk, not a very welcoming setting. The elevator is very tiny and you have to go up a set of stairs with your luggage to get to the elevator. We were not offered help up the stairs with our luggage when we arrived. Although, we did see a different concierge help another couple. One had much more personality than the other. The food on the rooftop was horrible!!! We chose not to eat breakfast there because of it. It is really not a restaurant, as suggested by the website. It is refrigerator food and not very fresh. Not sure why but you had to turn in your room key every time you left the building.
there isn't hot water in shower
The place got a good location in the middle of everything and the staff was very helpful
You can feel the oldness of the hotel for me it cannot be a 4 star
Excelent location,clean rooms,good breakfast
A nice old building, family run, thoughtful staff, ok breakfast (never an Italian strong point) and a bathroom which worked in all aspects. It was quiet and a/c in warm months. Great roof terrace and good service there.
