Located in a pleasant small town, with a superb view from the small rooftop swimming pool. Discreetly elegant throughout. Rather smallish yet very clean room. Missed not having coffee or tea making facilities in room.

Our family stayed at the hotel for more than 2 weeks. Great hotel! Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. We took sometimes lunches and dinners at the hotel and we enjoyed the food a lot. Good choice for travellers with children - the hotel's pool on the roof is small but clean and warm and almost without chlorum. There are plenty of spa-procedures in the hotel. Some of them can be found only at this hotel. Location is also good, just about 5-7 minutes walk to Termal parks. It's not a problem to park a car, there is a huge free parking near the hotel. 1. Some rooms at the hotel are very small. It's ok for a couple of days but it wasn't easy to stay for more than 2 weeks. 2. The food for breakfast isn't very variouse.

Il bagno sensoriale è una buona esperienza , anche la cordialita dello staff è stata ottima Il letto matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati quindi la mattina c'era il rischio di trovarsi a terra a meta dei due letti , la doccia creavano problemi con le fuoriuscite d'acqua dato che non c'erano protezioni per la fuoriuscita di essa trovando come risultato un lago artificiale a terra

Tutti gentilissimi ed ambiente molto ben tenuto e pulto. Si mangia talmente bene che rischi l'ingrasso in soli 2 gg! Lo consiglierei a tutti soprattutto in questo periodo che generalmente paghi tanto e non ti danno niente. Ottimo e professionale sarà il mio punto di riferimento a Chianciano.

molto gentili e ospitali, disponibili, bella struttura con piccola spa all'interno e vicine le terme del paese. Stanza spaziosa e pulita, arredato a nuovo, bagno nuovo. ottima la colazione. Ci hanno accolto che era quasi mezzanotte. Sarebbe bello inserire nella spa piccola ma bella e pulita anche la sauna e le doccie con profumate.. (trovando lo spazio..).. spero di ritornarci.

La gentilezza del personale e la cucina: tutti cibi genuini e semplici con pietanze veramente molto buone. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile; il centro benessere - anche se non è grande - è fatto bene e sopratutto ha personale molto preparato e qualificato; tutti molto gentili.
