Our family stayed at the hotel for more than 2 weeks. Great hotel! Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. We took sometimes lunches and dinners at the hotel and we enjoyed the food a lot. Good choice for travellers with children - the hotel's pool on the roof is small but clean and warm and almost without chlorum. There are plenty of spa-procedures in the hotel. Some of them can be found only at this hotel. Location is also good, just about 5-7 minutes walk to Termal parks. It's not a problem to park a car, there is a huge free parking near the hotel. 1. Some rooms at the hotel are very small. It's ok for a couple of days but it wasn't easy to stay for more than 2 weeks. 2. The food for breakfast isn't very variouse.

La piscina interna che però non era inclusa nel prezzo e costava 10 euro a persona La piscina esterna sulla terrazza al quarto piano era praticamente una pozza e dalle fotografie questo non si capiva assolutamente

La gentilezza del personale e dei proprietari, la pulizia, il centro benessere, l'ottima cucina, le camere e I bagni sono nuovissimi. è un ottimo punto di partenza per tante gite alle città d'arte e nei dintorni che sono splendidi, ultima chicca la grotta sensorile...fantastica!....hanno acnche I biglietti per le terme sensoriali scontati!

Der Pool auf dem Dach, allerdings ist er viel zu kalt, Baden nicht möglich! Die blonde, ältere Dame im Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir uns nicht verständigen konnten. Das Abendessen ist sehr einfach, aber gut und ausreichend. Es wurde einiges renoviert in dem Haus. Z. B. die Bäder sind ok. Neue Böden, leider Laminat in den Zimmern, die sehr hellhörig sind. Man bot uns an, jederzeit für Fragen da zu sein, was dann allerdings sehr schwierig wurde! Keine Brgrüßung, Infos zum Hotel nur auf Nachfrage unsererweits.Die angebotenen Wellnessbereiche durften wir nicht ansehen. War nur möglich, wenn man eine kostspielige Behandlung bucht, oder die Grotte, sie kostete 10 Euro pro Person, wielange man dann rein darf, sagte man uns nicht. Einfach mal reinsehen, bevor man sich entscheidet, war auch " nicht möglich", was in diesem Haus ein oft benutzter Satz ist. Auf deutsche Gäste ist dieses Haus nicht eingerichtet. Es wird nur von zwei Personen ein nicht sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen. TV nur in Italienisch. Boden im Zimmer wurde weder gesaugt noch gewischt, solange wir da waren (dunkler Laminat). Dafür wurde während des Frühstücks gesaugt.Stromausfall im Zimmer war mehrfach, Abhilfe gab es keine. Keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück! Die Garderobe der Gäste war zeitweise sehr grrenzwertig, z. B, Bademantel beim Frühstück! Sehr hellhörig, Jede Bewegung von den Gästen im Zimmer darüber war zu hören, auch die ganze Nacht hindurch. Betten sind echt übel. Die Beschreibung des Hotels ist definitiv nicht aureichend und weckt falsche Erwartungen.

L'hotel è molto carino, le camere sono grandi, pulite e ben tenute. Il ristorante offre piatti semplici ma gustosi e abbondanti con un servizio decisamente veloce. La grotta sensoriale è piacevole sebbene l'ingresso non sia incluso nel soggiorno (ogni accesso di 1 ora costa 10 euro a persona). Bello il centro benessere ed il solarium con piscina all'ultimo piano, dal quale si può ammirare un bel paesaggio. La reception è gestita in modo inadeguato: il servizio di accoglienza è lento, le cose non vengono spiegate in modo chiaro e vengono proposti in modo abbastanza incalzante I pacchetti e I servizi del centro benessere. Forse servirebbe più personale che si alterna e non una singola persona che lavora 20 ore al giorno!

molto gentili e ospitali, disponibili, bella struttura con piccola spa all'interno e vicine le terme del paese. Stanza spaziosa e pulita, arredato a nuovo, bagno nuovo. ottima la colazione. Ci hanno accolto che era quasi mezzanotte. Sarebbe bello inserire nella spa piccola ma bella e pulita anche la sauna e le doccie con profumate.. (trovando lo spazio..).. spero di ritornarci.

La grotta sensoriale! Fantastica e anche se non ho avuto tempo di fare molto, ho trovato competenza e professionalità. Da approfondire! Mi ha disturbato un po' attraversare in accappatoio atrio e sale dell'hotel per andare nella grotta... Ci vorrebbe un ingresso diretto

Tutto ottimo! La colazione abbondante e con dolci e biscottini fatti in casa. La spa al di sopra di ogni aspettativa massaggi bellissimi e grotta sensoriale favolosa...sicuramente da consigliare. Le camere e I bagni sono arredate in maniera semplice ma completamente rinnovate dai mobili ai bagni. Ambienti molto puliti. Staff cordiale e disponibile ed I prprietari ti fanno sentire a casa tua. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La gentilezza del personale e la cucina: tutti cibi genuini e semplici con pietanze veramente molto buone. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile; il centro benessere - anche se non è grande - è fatto bene e sopratutto ha personale molto preparato e qualificato; tutti molto gentili.
