Very good location for visiting the city. Kind and helpful staff.

Easy to find and convenient location. Very helpful staff - a family business. Central to the town of Agrigento and easy to each the cultural sites. Comfort cleanliness etc.all fine. Parking looked as if it might be difficult but was fine.

No view as behind other buildings - not very important for us.

You write that there is no parking. It is not true. We parked our car in front of the hotel. The lady from the reception came to the street and helped and advised us to get the best place where to park the car. She was very friendly all the time, did not speak English, but we got along with my poor French. The room was quiet and clean, modern. We were offered as a gift a bottle of red or white wine; the wine was good! There is a good restaurant just 2 minutes from the hotel, where we got an excellent dinner. A nice stay!

good location: walking distnace to the old city centre,the station, easy way out to the Temples and the sea. Friendly staff, good breakfast!

We loved the location. In Agrigento the hotel is located on an alley just behind the main drag which runs along the sea. We felt perfectly safe the whole time we were there. We walked at night. We found the accommodations, although not very fancy, to be neat and clean and the light breakfast sufficient. The staff is very down to earth and friendly. When we showed concern about how to get to the bus station with all our stuff, someone on the staff plopped us in his own car and drove us over. Oh... If you can manage to visit Agrigento during the first week of July, as we did, you will witness the annual festival in honor of their patron saint, with parade, float, street vendors, and a huge fireworks display.

We had some trouble communicating with the staff, who spoke no English at all. The one person who knows just a little bit comes to work on Sunday nights at 10 pm, and since we arrived on Sunday morning, we had to wait until ten to re-visit the questions which the day lady didn't understand. The person who came on duty at 10 and I typed back and forth to each other via a translator website, which turned out to be fun.

No surprises, no nasty shocks. Everything worked, everything was clean. Hotel was very quiet

The hotel was in a perfect location if you want to be central and close to the old town. I had a car, so was able to drive to the Valley of the Temples (there was parking on the street in front of the hotel at no cost). The hotel is behind a little park with a playground -- which I read from another traveler review and found this very helpful. This is a good budget hotel that served my purpose of a one-night stay to see the Temples. It was clean and the staff was helpful (I don't speak Italian, but with little effort was still easily able to communicate with the lady at the front desk). She was very sweet and helpful.

Iimmediate responce and solution by older lady on the reception to some issues we encountered with the room.

Had hoped for more restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

Spacious rms. We had 2 bathrms and sitting rm along with our bedroom. Ac works well. Internet ok, just slow. Breakfast typical. Looks renovated. No hair dryer in rm but available at desk. Need car to see temples, but walk to city center.

Bed is very hard . It woke me up multiple times.

Breakfast was surprisingly good.

My bed was terrible. It was like sleeping on an uneven sponge. I have a relatively bad back ,that needs a sturdy bed. So I was really really hurting in the next morning.

The price is very reasonable and the wine ( included in the room) is fine. Location good , quiet, clean.....friendly service.... Breakfast is good and the Cafe is fantastic. I'll stay in Hotel Del Viale agin when I visvit Agrigento......

The advertising on Booking.com for this hotel is misrepresented. The hotel is located in a lane-way off a backstreet. We were supposed to get a room with a courtyard view but all we got was a graffiti covered dirty lane way, no bottle of wine as stated and no carpet on the floor as booked. Some of the photos advertising the hotel are actually of a restaurant some streets away, including the reception counter. The shower is tiny, the door only 250mm wide and ran out of hot water half way through the second shower. The receptionist couldn't or wouldn't speak in English. This is not normally a problem for us but it stopped any complaints from us. Despite booking two nights we left after one night.

Posizione centrale, personale accogliente in ambiente familiare ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt.

Hotellet virkede slidt især badeværelset. Personalet ønskede ikke at gøre sig forståeligt på andet end italiensk og fransk.

La ubicación es buena y la relación calidad precio esta bien, la señora que atiende es muy correcta y servicial.

on ne voit pas très bien l'hotel en arrivant, il manque pancarte bien visible

Copriletto sporco, rubinetteria tappata dal calcare, infatti se aprivi il rubinetto del lavabo finiva acqua dovunque,avvolgibili che cadevano a pezzi, ubicato in un vicoletto e due metri dall'edificio antistante. Non conosco I criteri per le assegnazioni di "stelle" ma qui ce n'è sono almeno due di troppo.
