it was something like school hostel :-) but very friendly staff and great breakfast ((we got welcome a bottle of wine for each room). Ideal for staying a few days just for bed and breakfast. Good location and good value for money. one of two room had a window and you could see just shaft with air-conditioning, no street, no other building :-) but we needed just a bed for one night and together with local wine was good.

Staff were very helpfull in showing me the way to my sightseeing location in the city, were very accomodating in making a unexpected change in my reservation and fullfilled all requests made. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of both railwaystaTion and busstation.

The price is very reasonable and the wine ( included in the room) is fine. Location good , quiet, clean.....friendly service.... Breakfast is good and the Cafe is fantastic. I'll stay in Hotel Del Viale agin when I visvit Agrigento......

The advertising on Booking.com for this hotel is misrepresented. The hotel is located in a lane-way off a backstreet. We were supposed to get a room with a courtyard view but all we got was a graffiti covered dirty lane way, no bottle of wine as stated and no carpet on the floor as booked. Some of the photos advertising the hotel are actually of a restaurant some streets away, including the reception counter. The shower is tiny, the door only 250mm wide and ran out of hot water half way through the second shower. The receptionist couldn't or wouldn't speak in English. This is not normally a problem for us but it stopped any complaints from us. Despite booking two nights we left after one night.

It was very easy to find with my GPS and had free parking in front of the hotel. It also had an elevator and an excellent breakfast was provided in the morning. Our room was large and had A/C if needed. The receptionist spoke French and was very helpful and we thought it was excellent value for the money.

Hotel was behind the main street and not your typical hotel facade but for a one night stay it was great. Great price.Parking was free and Elevator....Location was good for traveling to Greek Ruins. We took the local bus which was right up the street from hotel and ten minute ride. Train station was block away also. Restaurants on main street also. Breakfast was rolls and pastry, coffee and juices. Staff didnt speak English but very nice.

well located; close enough to city centre but far enough to be a bit quieter. Access to transport (or even if driving) to Valley of the Temples is close by / good. Parking available out front of hotel was a bonus. very helpful man on reception Furniture & facilities very dated but functional

The lady at the reception was very friendly. Hotel has quiet location in the city centre, we also had free parking in front of hotel. Close to walk in the old city centre or to Valle dei Templi (by local bus or car).

De mensen waren heel aardig. Goed ontbijt . Elke dag wordt de hotelkamer goed opgeruimd en krijg je schone handdoeken. Douche van kamer 201 heeft een opknapbeurt nodig.
