The hotel was small and quiet. Very good location to the metro and Central Station, also to Buenos Aires street Breakfast was poor |

It was nearby the shopping street Buenos Aires and underground station. It is only 5 min. away from the center of Milano by underground or 15-20 min. walk. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The room had an airconditioner. The breakfast could have been better, more variety in food choice. |

It is an average hotel but is more a 3 stars than 4, specially if the people at the front desk doesn´t speak nor english or spanish, the internet service doesn´t work pretty well , besides that you can get a clean room in an strategic part of the city. |

Very helpful staff, good location near to Metro station, reasonable size room & bathroom. Breakfast was adequate. Parked the car right outside at no cost. Overall good value for EUR85.00. |

The location is very good--a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires. Clean with excellent front desk support. Double bed is really two singles put together-very uncomfortable. Noisy. Comparable to most three star hotels I've seen. |

The room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. The furniture is new. The hotel is near the Loreto Metro station and the access to the centre of the city is easy. The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast - too poor. |

one of the receptionist was pleasant,location was good, breakfast was nice hotel bedroom was not ready at 1pm, so we had to call back in an hour, when we call back, they asked us to come back in 30min as it was still not ready. We returned it 40 min - it was still not ready so we decided to wait. After 15min of waiting it was ready, but there was no toilet roll in the bathroom. Very noisy as they put us right beside reception /bar. room not great. |

As we booked early, we had to leave our luggage by reception and when we came back, luggage had been already transferred to the room. Nice surprise! Staff was friendly, breakfast ok. Hotel situated handy, just few metres from Corso Buenos Aires and metro station. The beds were not very comfortable. |

star rating ? overrated as staff at reception and restaurant really cool. Service is unprofessional as after I booked through internet, they charged me at once and then waived that charge one day later. All this transaction were shown in my bank statement. The bed matress are too soft, TV is extremely small and unbelievable hang up at the wall in a 4 star hotel. |

the location was only about 5 stops from the centre, friendly and helpful reception staff. The rating of 4 star i don't think was justified, i think it should be classified 3 star, i would compare it to a travelodge or travel inn in the uk. Limited choice at breakfast. |
