Clean rooms. 5 mins away from the central station where you can take the metro, tram or bus to the city center. Situated in a safe area. staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not try the breakfast so can not comment about that.
The hotel could use some refreshing. Old design in the rooms but clean. Also the reception for the tv channels was very bad. Could not follow a film. I checked in my friend's room and it was the same
i like the staff especially abdallah who was very helpfull.location is great next to metro station, breakfast was above avreage
Location, price and quality matching
the location, the breakfast, the staff .... all these was very good.
smell the breakfast .... and come this smell (sometimes) inside the room. you hear the other people very clear (when they make sex) from the other rooms...
We choose this hotel because we were arriving by train and would spend just one night at Milan this time. The staff was nice and the bed comfortable. We just found the pillows a little thick but that is our opinion and shouldn't affect others opinions of this place.
The layout of the room was great though the size of the room is not spacious for a 'double room' that I booked. It was surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Walking to the shopping area just round the corner was a breeze. There are also several restaurants nearby, including Chinese cuisines.
In winter, the centralized heating in the room was off from 1 am to 5am and from 11am to 6pm. One needs to be in winter coat in the room during the day. During the night, I woke up having to have thicker coverings, especially on the first night, not being prepared for the drop in temperature. It possibly goes the same with air conditioning during hot summer months.
This is not four star hotel
I liked so much my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel, though its breakfast is just medium. It is close to the downtown of milano and mainly to the metro station Leto: less than 15 m.
The poorness of its breakfast and the noise from the room above the one I was in.
Metro station in the very vicinity.
Everything inside the room
Needed a good place to sleep close to the metro. Everything was in order!
Awesome hotel...would come back to Milan just to stay the hotel again ;) Customer-focused hotel. Friendly, warm and always ready staff. They helped us in any matter. The room was huge and very clean. Everything described in the site was actually there. Very comfortable beds! Great breakfast, wide choice and included in the price. Very well located - close to the main railway station and right next to the underground which leads to downtown in just 10 min.
I disliked nothing. Everything was perfect!
Location is just 1.2 Km from Central Milan railway station, very convenient. Staff very kind. Wifi worked great.
It's a 4 star hotel...it was a cloudy night. Room extremely small. Toiled: wc from bidet had 2 cm leg space, almost impossible to use.
Clean, friendly, quiet and comfortable. Despite other reviews we didn't have a problem with the wifi. An excellent selection of meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit for breakfast. Right by Loreto metro station from which the main railway station is 2 stops away (or 10 minutes walk) and the Duomo 5 stops.
No-one on reception at midnight on the night we arrived to let us out when we wanted a bite to eat.
There is a great icecream place around the corner with super gelatos. Turn left and walk 100m and cross the street and you are there ...
Small rooms. Average breakfast.
I liked everything in general, Good facilities, excellent location, rich breakfast, excellent WiFi signal, clean and cosy.
I just didn't liked one thing...The bed was really small, and one night I asked an extra bed for my girlfriend, and the extra bed was even worst, really small and not comfortable. Apart that everything was really great!
very good location , big spacy room !
no any privacy in the rooms, the walls are like a paper .... to difficult to sleep !
walking distance from Milano Centrale and of Giardini Montanelli
The WiFi had the best upload and download speeds of any hotel I stayed at in Europe. Full credit to the tech savvy night concierge who designed and oversaw its installation.
High level of noise transmission through the top floor ceilings between other guest's room and the tenement unit next door. (Had to wear earplugs to block noise)
well Milan is ok but...
WIFI awfull No hot water no Chance to check in before 2pm(not even few minutes) breakfest????? shall we call it breakfest?? My question is who gave them 4* ??
good breakfast and location. friendy personall
parking in nearby garage is not cheap
Comfortable smaller hotel with helpful, friendly staff, good breakfast and very well situated for Metro and public transport. Looking forward to another visit one day.
Good location...about 1 min from metro station. This hotel is situated in the quiet area, so we could sleep well. I loved the breakfast...many hotels in Italy offer only bread and coffee, but we enjoyed eggs, hams, cakes..etc. It was really good trip.
I liked everything. The food was great. Room and bathroom very clean. There was a plenty room in the bathroom. People at reception were very nice and polite. I am sure we have chosen the best hotel in Milano.
