It is not 4 stars hotel. It is like a 2 stars.

A food - excellent for the standards "The Breakfast Is Included". Service very friendly, but is felt that the unpleasant relation is had to our nationality. Location super, especially for the second day of travel was found, as shops nearby and excellent cafe at the other side of the street.

Number was cozy, but with a window in a yard. Very much it wasn't pleasant that at once didn't offer number with a window on the street. We didn't begin to ask to move as understood that in numbers with exits to the street there live only Italians. It is felt that repair is necessary to hotel. Certainly everything suited us and didn't tell that number was bad - small but not bad. Simply for comparison in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) such number would cost 60-80 euros in a night.

the staffs in the reception are all very helpful and accommodating. Specially Marco he answered all my inquiries. The hotel is located in a shopping area so it is so easy for me to shop then unload my items so easily. Then when it comes to mobility so perfect location because the Metro is just outside the door. Then parcel is so easy as well coz just infront there is postal. When it comes to breakfast .... you have a wild varieties of food to choose specially me I'm vegetarian or do not eat meat. Cappuccino in this hotel is perfect better than some cappuccino in the main center near the duomo.

Location was good. Staff extremely helpful, in particular Michaela. Room good, and was clean. Parking very close to hotel and easy to find.

Nothing to dislike when location taken into consideration.

-cannot control AC -no international tv channels -no fresh orange juice -outside noise

The price during Milan Design Week was very high like all other hotels in the city. Other than that is was a great stay and friendly.

this is not really a negative just some advice. if travelling to the hotel on your own make sure of directions as it is in a smaller side street off the main road.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and a reasonable size. The breakfast was lovely and being able to get a cup of tea or coffee from reception was a great extra.

The toilet seat was badly cracked and the shower walls quite mouldy. This was a shame as the rest of the room was lovely and clean.

Super location! Just half minute from the exit of the metro station 2 stops from the Central Station.

So it is much closer to the metro station than the hotel's guide sounds like. Don't walk down the Main Street from any exits of the metro station. The street the hotel located in is one of the streets starts from the Plaza as the exists.

Location is wonderful.You can reach the hotel from Milano Central station easily. The room is comfortable and very clean also every type of breakfast is available. I recommend you to stay in this hotel.

In the room central heating system is there and I am a little bit cold maybe it should be chosen in summer.

Breakfast is good

Quite farway from the Central Station - needs to take two metro stations. Room is extremely small and light is too dark. The room we have had is just right beside elevator on the ground floor facing the entry door, but the hotel seems not too full at that night, don't understand why giving us such a bad room. Overall, not value for money, and very disappointed experience in the hotel.

The Hotel location is good as it is 12 min walk to Milano Centrale, 1 minute walk Loreto metro station, at the shopping street “Buenos Aires”, and many good restaurants around. The Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The bed is comfortable. All and all you will get more money for your puck as the WiFi and breakfast are free too.

Shower cabinet is a bit small. And the breakfast could be improved with some more variety or some Italian flavor such as Mozzarella di buffela.

I couldn't reach wi-fi in the hotel with my mobile, only outside in a different restaurants and bars...

Good value, clean, and close to the Station and Shopping areas. Metro very close. Just the type of hotel we like for a reasonably low cost flying visit to Milan.
