This was the second time I've stayed here and it's still as charming as ever. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location so central for all the sights of Rome - and the shops - and convenient enough to nip back to the room in between. Breakfast is good and varied but I would have liked to see more choice of healthy cereals, I hadn't experienced breakfast on the roof terrace on my previous visit as it was winter, so was determined to return in summer to enjoy the experience - and delightful it was, with the nearby church bells ringing adding to the atmosphere!

Staff and service were excellent. Location is superb for inner city tours and shopping and meals. The bathing facilities were incomplete, as if still in the midst of construction renovation, and the management were aware; simply did not have the use of a shower but the bath was available. The room though kept tidy on a daily basis had a feel of overall grime of over-use, both on the traveled carpet and couch. It made relaxing in the room less inviting but certainly bearable.

The personnel and owner of the hotel is great. They really want to take care of you. The owner took 30 minutes of his time to help me park my car. Thats service! We stayed in one 4 bed and one 3 bed. That worked well for us. Del Corso is placed in the great shopping area close to the Spanish stairs. I can easily recommend Del Corso to any one.

It's a nice compact comfortable hotel in a convenient area to everything. It's not a hotel for great views of anything even on the roof garden. A kettle in the room would be appreciated for those of us who like our cup of real tea.

Location, staff and breakfast were excellent. I asked for extra bedding and it came straight away and was lovely. Roof garden was lovely to sit on in the evening. The second double bed had bedding that was a little small so I requested more. Pillows were a bit flat. I would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Shower nozzle not connected to the wall.

The location was easy for all the sights. The hotel's road has two very regular bus lines that makes it cheap and easy to get around. Other than the bus, the metro is less than 10 minutes away to get to St Peter's, Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. The road itself is full of shopping, and you should be able to get all you want to take home. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are also close enough to walk. There is always a staff member at the reception desk, and they were always very helpful with anything. The breakfast spread is very good. Plenty to get you going for the day. At the end of a hard day of holidaying/sight seeing, a nice fluffy pillow would be good. Unfortunately they have a very thin and flat pillow as standard, and even two of them won't do the trick. A soft top to the bed would also make the evening slumber a little bit more comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect just in the middle of every where need to walk 5 to 15 min to main attraction. Staff was very helpful, breakfast is the same evry day. 5 min walk to the Metro. Well the bed was tough, tv didnt have any english channels, last no water boiler in the room to drink tea, but rather than that everythink was perfect,

I liked the Location the best. It was bang on the shopping street, Right opposite the Nike Showroom , very easily accessible to most of the tourist attractions like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Vatican and the Pantheon. In the evenings it was very safe to walk on the streets. We took the hop on hop off bus which was about 18 euros p.p for 48 hours and that really helped us move around. Even otherwise the public transport is as cheap as 1 euro p.p valid for a travel time of 75 mins. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon are walking distance (5-8 mins) Vatican and Colosseum I recommend to take the hop on and hop off bus. which stops right in front of these places. The Hard Rock Cafe is nice place to visit at via Venetto . accessible by bus from via del corso. Nice bars and Apperitivo are near Campo de fiori and near spagna The Irish pub "trinty College" at via del corso cross roads is a fun place too. Overall Well.... What I didn't like was 1: The room we first got had no ventilation there was no window to get fresh air. This was in the month of Feb so in the Summer it might get more stuffy. We then requested the Hotel staff to change our room and they obliged after 3 nights which we were still very grateful for. The rooms and bathrooms are not too big but manageable and comfortable. 2: The Breakfast room was too small. Breakfast is served between 7-10am and when on a holiday you don't want to wake up before 9 am so when we went to get some breakfast it was always crowded and we had to wait for almost 10-20 mins but, if you go in Summer I believe they have a roof top which solves the problem. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

The room was small but comfortable and always clean and nicely prepared for us. The staff were excellent always available and helpful. The wifi was terrible, we had great difficulty getting on line. The hotel was well situated especially for shopping. Breakfast was OK - good coffee, yoghurt, but bad pastries and bread and very little fresh fruit. Very limited wifi access Breakfast - pastries not good, no fresh fruit

Excellent location within walking distance from main sites and monuments in Rome. Good spread of breakfast served and the girl in attendance was always very helpful and efficient. Free internet facility was very much appreciated. Excellent shopping as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The room we were in was not on the same level at which the lift stopped and thus you had to carry the luggage down/up 3 steps when entering your room for the first time and when leaving the hotel. No room service was available as far as food was concerned.

The hotel staff were so nice. The evening receptionist was more than helpful, extremely welcoming and recommended some amazing places to eat in the locality. Organised a taxi to meet us at airport on arrival and the same when we were leaving. Made sure everything went perfect for out holiday. Hotel was ideally located and the breakfast area was superb with lovely continental breakfast and beautiful cappuccino made fresh.

We mostly liked the perfect location of the hotel. Touristic and historical areas and shopping stores were only in walking distance. We were easily able to walk to all the major attractions and discover the fantastic beauty of Rome..All the hotel staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Especially many thanks to Andrea who recommends the fabulous restaurants and cafes for delicious meals and ice-cream : )) He also helped us a lot when we ask about the area. The rooms were peacefully decorated ,comfortable, clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and like to stay here again.
