Location, good and freindly service.music from the academy near by.

Very small brakefast room. We missed some vegerables in brakefast.

Very central location immaculately clean friendly staff (Stayed in the annexe)

Could open window but not shutters so felt a bit dark in the room. We were looking forward to breakfast on the roof terrace but on arrival we were told it was closed as weather not warm enough - in May!

Its proximity to all the shopping areas, and within walking distance to all the interesting sites of Rome.

I had a bedroom that the window that opens into an inside corridor.

I have stayed in ROME many times.This hotel was in the best location I have stayed for travelling around the city with all the sights in close proximity. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

This place is great value for money, staff very helpful, location is excellent walking distance from all interesting places, very good shopping in the same street. Rooms very comfortable and breakfast served by friendly staff in a little room but makes you feel at home.

A bit noisy maybe due to location of room and fixed shower handle not appropriate to take a good shower

Everything was perfect. Everyone was nice and if you have a problem they help you immediately. It was the perfect location for both shopping and city tour.

The hotel is great location. Just in the heart of the city. You can go everywhere by walking. Great staff, very nice and enough breakfast. I would like ti stay in the same hotel if I 'd come ti Rıma again.

The rooms are small, bedding is outdated and uncomfortable. Hotel is long over due for complete renovation. I would not recommend this property.

The location was fantastic, staff was very friendly and helpful, great spread at breakfast, and room was clean and warm and toasty (compared to the cold outside!). Overall a great value for your money for a city break.

Some rooms are a little noisy and with a Window to the hallway.

It is in the center of Rome and excellent for walking to most of the important historical places worth visiting, There are many good restaurants close by, shops are on our doorstep, churches for mass or for visiting are all close by.The reception area is very welcoming and all were most helpful whenever we needed their help.I think that the best thing about this hotel is that the staff are always smiling and cheerful and friendly .Our room was most comfortable and spacious.

Very Good Location. Free wi-fi makes it really easy to plan your day, especially in this age of smartphones.

The size of bed in our room (no. 302) - it was way too small.

The Hotel was perfect, exactly what we expected : clean, charming, well located, and the staff was really excellent. The breakfast was delicious. A great place to stay with attractive prices in the centre of Roma where you can visit the whole city easily.

Friendly staff, helpful and positive people around...

The room 203 has no windows and airconditioning (not working), inc the bathroom. Air inside is loosing freshness even in autumn. The next room, supposed to be suit with an additional internal door, is not isolated for noices at all. A noisy couple was fun for us for late Saturday night but I beleive for both should be found some solutions.
