We were surprized very positively when we saw the room. Expected a tripple room as we travelled with our son, but we received two separate rooms connected with a large corridor. Not sure if all tripple rooms are like this or we were lucky, but definitely will go there next time too. |

nearby bus station, just across the street,every 10 minutes, a 10 minute drive to Venice: excellent the bread offer at breakfast, softies and sweeties, not healthy, better bring your own bread ...the cereals were ok, but also sweet ..., |

Hotel staff is helpful. A supermarket near hotel is good. Wifi connection disconnected many times and speed very slow. |

Hotel is comfortable and very efficient The free Wifi internet at the hotel is only good to be used for laptops, nowadays people are using smart phones equipped with wifi. With the wifi system the hotel has, is not efficient, they need to change the way you connect to it, so everyone can use a mobile with their free Wifi internet. |

The position, good connection with Venice, a bus stop just in front the hotel, buses every 10/15 min. The breakfast a little bit poor in quantity and in quality, the "cold" enviroment of the entire building. |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location has good supermarket nearby. There was no place for clothes in one room. Small bathroom. |

Big and clean room. Nice appearance, although a bit unpersonal. Not in the nicest area, but Venice S.L. can be easily reached by the bus in front of the hotel. Supermarket in the same building. WLAN. |

Quality Hotel Delfino was located very close to Venice, and provided bus and boat tickets in the lobby. Plenty of eatery's nearby, clean, comfortable, highly recommended. |

The hotel was perfect for coming in from the rail or bus station. Rooms were large and comfortable. The desk clerk offered us to-go snacks as we were leaving before breakfast. Not a neighborhood for dining out as the choices were limited on a Friday night. |

I liked very much your spacious rooms, how modern they are, and the good location. I would have loved to stay more. I don't know what happened, but my initial 3 reservation turned out to be just one. And of course the price for the second night was much higher than the one I booked through internet. Other than that, everything was fine. Mr. Johnny was very helpful. |

Conviently location, with a bus stop right opposite the hotel. Also situated reasonably close to the train station, banks and a supermarket. The room size is big, and is extremely spacious. Good buffet breakfast. The hotel staff at the reception were very rude and unhelpful. The person who checked us in was extremely rude, almost made us want to leave. Please note check out time, unusual as compared to most other hotels in Europe (much earlier). The staff is unflexible about this. |

the location was excellent -our room was spacious clean and light - the staff were very helpful . Being able to buy bus tickets at the hotel was a bonus The breakfast was good the first day but choice of selection after that was poor. |
