Proximity to bus stop; took us 15 minutes to be in Venice. Rooms were comfortable and clean. One can buy a ticket from the hotel itself, but the receptionist(s) did not clarify that their 'boat' tickets were actually valid for use on the buses too, so we ended up buying separate tickets, which was unnecessary and a waste of money (wasnt cheap either!). Note that bus tickets dont include boat rides, but the consolidated 12, 24, 36 etc. hour boat ticket does include bus transfers too. Also, beware that their 'double room' means 'two rooms' - one is a bedroom and the other a sitting area with a second TV. Their 'single room' actually sleeps 2, and is what one would imagine a normal hotels' 'double room' would be like. This too was misleading, and we ended up paying more for an extra sitting room we never did put to any use...

During the reservation there is information that parking is available for 10 EUR and that there is no need to make a reservation for parking. The truth is that they have not enough places for cars and if the parking is full you have to look for a parking place in neighborhood but it is not easy to find it.

Great location with a bus stop to and from Venice right outside the door and only a ten-minute walk to Mestre station which is only a few streets away. The staff were pleasant and whilst they were always available, they left us alone. The breakfast was quite substantial with plenty of variety to choose from. The bed was very firm and the airconditioning was not quite cool enough for our liking but neither would stop us from recommending this hotel to others.

Very good location, but stop for bus to Venice right in front of the hotel. Remember to buy the 12 hour ticket from the hotel if you plan to stay for a day in Venice and Mestre. This ticket is good for 12 hours both ways on any mode of transportation I.E. bus or boat. Grocery store next to hotel and restaraunt & bar infront of hotel. Small Kabab restaurant infront of hotel also good and economical.

Lovely comfortable hotel in the center of Mestre, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, great place to explore Venice from (Bus #4, which takes you to Piazzale Roma in about 10 mins, stops right across the street), good breakfast, courteous and helpful staff. Great value for money overall.

It was a very fancy hotel which we were delightfully surprised considering how much we paid for it (i.e: a good deal, cheap) Double ensuite room was very well equipped (would be better if we had a kettle) Breakfast was not bad. Like the interior deco of our room, not only it looked modern, posh but also comfortable. The room was a little too warm for us but otherwise perfect for a cold winter. Spacious room and free wifi!! Toilet was very clean and warm too. Best of all, the bus stop to Venezia was sooo close, literally just outside the hotel. Very convenient to travel to and from Venezia. Bed was very big could fit 3-4 people when there were just two of us. Comfy bed and great sleep. It was quite difficult to find and about 15mins walk from Venezia Mestre train station.

Really comfortable and well furnished rooms. Superb bathroom. Loved every minute of our stay in this hotel. Amazing value for money & a good sumptuous buffet breakfast was part of the tariff. The bus stop is bang in front of the hotel & the route 4L has very good frequency & will take you to the heart of Venice in 15mins. Mestre station is 10mins away by walk. We liked it so much that we ended up staying there an extra night! Highly recommended.

Its location which it is near from the center of city, the bus station is behind it and also near the train station. It is near to the location where my conference helded. I liked with the resturant of the hotel and its good foods. The hotel staff were more kindly, help us in every thing and answered about all our quistions.

Within comfortable walking distance of Mestre railway station. Bus to Venice stops just outside hotel 10 minute ride. Breakfast was less than appealling, processed scrambelled eggs, fatty bacon and lack of tables on first morning. Second morning plenty of tables but a lack of food.

Rooms were superb, the best I stayed in during a multi city trip over 10 days in Italy. Staff were all multi-lingual and very helpful. The location of the bus stop to Venice, outside the front door just makes it perfect.

You pay a lot less than in Venecia but get an excellent accomodation that is only 10 min by bus from main attractions. The bus stops in front of the hotel and runs until around 11 pm. In case you come back really late to the hotel you can still get a taxi for around 10 euros. I really felt lucky that I did not stay in Venice when I saw all those people trying to make their way through very small streets with their luggage and at the same time trying not getting lost with so many people walking around. Beakfast at the hotel is not very good but you can get some pizza just in front of the hotel, There is a supermarket next to the hotel. Breakfast.

Visted Italy for our 10th anniv and I must say this is the best hotel of our trip. The room is very clean, the breakfast is excellent and the bus stop to Venice is right in front of the Hotel. Buy the pass for bus at the reception and you are good to go.You are just 5 minutes away to the getaway. There is a supermarket next door for your conveniece and an excellent Kabab take away. What else do you need... No Negative but tips for other travellers. We reached Mestre by Eurostare late night. Do not think about awalking to this hotel at night. I would say take a cab. You can always walk during the day time back to the Train station to take a shuttle bus to the Airport.

If you do not want to be in Venice Island, it's a perfect choice. The room size is quite good. There is no carpet on the floor and no slippers are provided. There is a safe box which is free to use, a closet to put the coats and a fridge full of various drinks to purchase. The bathroom amenities are quite satisfactory. The room temperature is self controllable through a digital board. The TV has English, German and French channels. The room has a wireless Internet access and it's free. Housekeeping staff is fantastic. They provided a hair dryer as the one in my room was not working, with smiling faces. Reception staff is ok. The lobby is quite small and there is no place to sit in there. Breakfast is ok, the choices are scarce and coffee is not good. The good coffee is available to purchase at 1-5 euro range, depending on your choice. The two elevators may be quite busy at time of check ins and check outs.

Location and price ! There is a supermarket right beside hotel and it is super convenient to get any food you want. I booked a room for a group of four person, I expect it comes with one double bed and two single beds however when we entered the room we found that it was only two single beds and a double bed that actually transformed from sofa bed which the mattress quality is not that good. Anyway it will not affect the overall experience
