    Public transportation is in front of the hotel and is easy to access Venice.

    Breakfast buffet need to be improve,

    The room and bathroom are clean, big and confortable

    The location is great for travelling to Venice. Bus stops to and from Venice located right outside the hotel. It's also a reasonable walk to the train station. Breakfast had a fair amount of options. There's also a supermarket just next door so you can stock up on supplies. And a few restaurants around the hotel for a late night snack. The rooms were great. The sofa bed was slightly hard but not uncomfortable. Will stay again.

    Wifi was very weak and kept dropping. Very frustrating at times.

    I didn't like at all location of the hotel Its far from the city. Very bad WiFi,even premium WiFi which is not free,it was not working.

    Location and WiFi was not working.even the paid one was not working

    Reception staff Diana and porter Mohammed were very helpful and I would commend them for their effort in helping me find my daughter's pillow.

    The cleaner on our last day had included my daughter's pillow in the laundry and we only found out on our last night when my daughter noticed it was missing. HOW CAN YOU MISS A DIFFERENT LOOKING PILLOW TO BE INCLUDED IN THE LAUNDRY!?? I had to go through the hotel laundry to find it on our last night. SUCH INCOVENIENCE!! This is my second time in this hotel and I really liked it the first time. This time it is the WORST I have ever encountered.

    The room was spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel is its great advantage - you can reach Venezia in 10 mins by car or you can leave your car at the hotel parking (10 EUR/day) and take the bus from the stop in front of the Hotel.

    Breakfast is not as good as it was few years ago. They definitely make some savings and offer lower quality food...

    Paid extra for wi-fi and it didn't work at all. Hotel staff did not refund fee and acted like they could care less! Hotel was not worth $200 dollar rate.

    Very easy access to public transportation!

    The hotel advertises how close it is to the train station and how accessible it is from there; while in reality even though it is not too far away, the streets are in very poor condition and if you have luggage with you it becomes a nightmare!!!

    Staying in Mestre to get to Venice is easy and simple. Location was great.

    Wifi free only through Facebook.

    Location to the Train and Bus Connection to Venice was excellent, also just a few minute walk to the best Gelato (Chocolat is definitely a must) in Venice area. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok but same everyday, eggs were rubbery.

    The bed was very uncomfortable, the hairdryer and the heated towel rack did not work. Had to call down to reception to turn on AC. View was bad, birds pecking at the windows early in the morning, WiFi was horrible - you have to log in via facebook, so every 30 min you have to put an ad on your facebook page. signal was very week.

    A very unpleasant experience for me. I do not like to write bad , and I do not write normaly but sometimes you're so mistreated that you have to write . I booked the hotel Delfino . When I arrived late, after midnight, tired after many many hundreds of miles , and I announced I have a reservation , the receptionist man was laughed in my face , told me that I did not book , and without say something he gave a call. Then he said I did not book !!!!!!. And I can stay to other hotel near, who is the same level, but never is ...... of course. When I made ​​the reservation at 21h in the same day there were many rooms available on booking...... So I insisted that I book this hotel ..... and he was very nasty , behaved with total disgust. Is incredible, to have a reservation, already payied !!!!!! and when you get there to be treated so badly with total disgust !!!! I had reservation on 24 April 2014 and i arrived at midnight.

    Clean and location is perfect for visiting Venice, which was the purpose. Would stay here again only for this reason.

    Terrible awful breakfast, shame shame shame to serve such food to guests. Everyday burned eggs, burned croissants, greasy bacon and although it was supposed to be served until 10am, from 9.30am on they wouldn't refill the buffet. Unhelpful staff didn't even made an effort to understand a language other than English.Hardly a 4 star hotel.

    The hotel is situated in a quiet place but very close to all Venice attractions (just 10 min by bus that stops next to the hotel). There is a supermarket at the same building.

    Breakfast - too many people in the room and lack of choice (even deficit)

    Bus to Venice just outside the door! Parking to a reasonable price.

    Breakfast was really bad! My opinion is that Wi-Fi shall be free of cost in all hotels everywhere today...which it almost always is, but not here.

    Great location. Bus for Venice stops opposite. Very nice beds and quiet rooms. Fast lift!

    Unfortunately, our stay was soured by a very rude receptionist who was very sarcastic and condescending towards our questions. Maybe we caught her on a bad day, but there was no excuse. Lodged a complaint and suffice to say, she seemed to change her tune the next day. Also, breakfast was a bit lame. Bacon more fat than meat, lousy coffee and tinned fruit salad.

    Bus stop and super market were very close

    1. Very rude staff, in fact the day of check out, I wanted to extend half an hour but without checking anything they told me to leave before 11am. Later they found out that they could have extended the stay. 2. Sofa bed was supposed to be a queen bed. 3. Internet connection was very poor. 4. The aircondition was not working although it was hot in the rooms. 5. Breakfast was very simple and tasteless with no variety.

    The location of the Hotel is amazing - Venice is easily reachable by bus and soon by tram ! the price of the parking (10 eur) is very low as for Venice

    The breakfast was quite uneatable - I stayed in Hotel Delfino many times few years ago and it really got down :(

    Superior Double Room it was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very good. Underground parking its perfect and cost 10eur per night. Perfect location for visiting Venice just 10min with bus 4. This hotel is 8/10 but the breakfast is -5/10.

    Ragazzi, your breakfast is awful just serve real water, not like this its taste like plastik. The PAM croissants is 100 time more better than yours, shame on you

    Good location, next to super market.

    On 1 April, 7.30-8.30 p.m. We ( group of 10 people) arrive in Italy and stop at check point service, called to hotel, (ms.nathasa answer the call) , we asked her to fax a document to check point center but she said she can not fax document to us, leave us waited there nearly 20 minutes around 7.40 p.m.(check point service close at 8.00p.m) we very serious to sleep along the road outside Italy. We call again, luckily this time a guy answer the call and he immediately fax to us. When we arrived hotel and check in , Ms.natasha very aggressive to our group and talked with another hotel staff in Italian that we are the stupid asia group, our driver can speak and listen in Italian , he told me about this. I feel very upset for her, this is a quality hotel , this should not happen in this hotel. All staff should have service mind , we pay money to hotel, even we are Asian not good in English, at lease we are your customer. I need someone who concern about this should tell her about her bad behavior to customer. Really I need to complain more but my English is not good enought, I do not recommend to another if she still be there. Anyway I thanks for another guy who sit beside her and try to help us in everything what we asked for, such as fax us a document that we need. We lost one luggage to another group tour, he tried to find the tour leader name and number for us, and yes, we found our luggage finally, I really appreciate in this guy. Somsri .kan
