Atenció personalitzada molt agradable i sense presses. Les habitacions molt grans, inmillorables i insonoritzades. Hotel molt cèntric i un esmorzar buffet lliure que no hi faltava res de res. Els nens ho han disfrutat molt i molt. |

La seva situació és immillorable ben bé al costat de la plaça de Sant Marc. Les instal·lacions són molt boniques i arreglades amb molt de gust. El personal és extremadament atent i agradable. Sens dubte, una gran elecció per a una estada a Venècia. El recomanaria sense cap mena de dubte. |

Breakfast was quite good regarding to be in Venice. We celebrate there the 10th aniwersary of mariage. They put us in bedroom (201) which was tweens and not duble room without bathroom amenities which they are talk about, adapted for invalids with all all respect for them. |

Centrally located, very clean, modern and well run. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful cost to get to and from hotel from Train station and airport (over $220.00 CAN one way via water taxi) |

The hotel is very well located. The is very good in is category (***). There is wireless free what is a plus. The breakfast is OK, I would say average for the type of hotel. |

The quiet central setting, off the beaten track but close enough to it. The relatively small room had just what it takes: comfortable bed, a well functioning airco and a neat little bathroom with design fittings and a good shower. Hotel prices in Venice remain challenging over the board. |

A beautiful new hotel. Great location in centre of Venice, but on a quiet street/canal. Expensive, but I was able to get a very significant discount for booking the day of arrival. Breakfast was pretty basic, not quite up to standard that one would expect from such a fine hotel. |

Staff, welcome champagne, lovely room and en suite. Breakfast room lovely - food good but not varied. Situated very close to all major tourist attractions and our room overlooked a canal (Venice). The air conditioning was very welcome. A safe & mini bar were provided. |

The room was very good, as was the staff, our room was on the canel which was most pleasant. I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was limited could have had more choice considering the price of the room. |

Excellent hospitaly of the receptionists. Close to San Marco, La Fenice, shops and restaurants. Clean rooms with modern facilities. Limited menu at the breakfast. |

good location within easy walking distance from the vaporetto stop at St. Marks Square. Our room had a view of the canal and the room itself was large and very comfortable. |

It was very central and easy to walk everywhere. Arriving late at night it was a trek with two suitcases up and down the steps of all the canal bridges and we did not know how to find it. We felt quite vulnerable walking around the alleyways with everything closed and prey to street hawkers etc. This was more a lack of preparation on our part, but it would be nice if the hotel offered some kind of complimentary pick up service. |

I want to express my thanks for the kind staff of recomanding good restaurant and good services. The staying at Hotel Dell Opera was my great pleasure. I was so sorry I could not stay in the second night too. The only one problem is it's really difficult to find the hotel location. There were no people who knows the Hotel itself, but we could find the hotel by La Fenice. And other small recomandation is how about to provide omulet or fresh vegetable too in the breakfast. |

They upgraded our room to an excellent. The rate was very good compared to the other hotels around that area. The location was excellent and most of all it was very clear that the staff were very keen to assist and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. |
