Friendly staff, excellent situation, clean rooms. A small friendly hotel with lots of character. Definitely one to re-visit. |

Centrally located. Clean, comfortable, modern and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. My room was very noisy. Partially due to external noise, but mostly due to poor interior design. Rattling windows and ultra thin glass helped for a terrible nights sleep. Also, consierge advised of two restaurants which were horrific, don't trust the locals I say. |

This is one of the best little hotels in the world. It has a perfect location, the rooms were wonderful and teh staff could not have more helpful. We will be going again. |

Huge Bed, Got upgraded to Canel View for free!!! Got to see boats going up and down outside window, was great. Very Clean. In the heart of San Marco. Really close to St. Marks Square and all the shops. There was no Iron to use ? I asked for one, was willing to pay, but told it was not hotel "Law" to allow it ? My clothes were shoved into a bag and no way of Ironing them. There is no bar in the hotel, in Ireland it would be regarded as a B&B more so than a hotel. |

The hotel location was pretty much central, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. They answered our quesions and were always ready to print our a map and direct us to where we waned to go. The room was great. The highlight of our stay was the helpfulness of Jason and all the staff. |

The convenience of the Hotel. It was right by the water and walking distance to San Marco. The stairs from the water-front to the hotel were torturous with our luggage. On the way back to the station we took a water taxi from the hotel. The hotel has a canal in front of it so you can take the taxi literally from the door-step. |

The marble and stone interior was a cool retreat from the heat of Venice. A watertaxi was able to come right to the door to take us to the port. |

very nice hotel, all renovated and look clean and new. the best 3* room i've ever been. central location. difficult to find when first arriving w/t local help because of special Venice system: no ways but districts names with house numbers. |
