Bar Closed too early
Modern décor and large room size. Central location for walking distance to all the city sights. Very clean and staff great with directions etc. Lovely continental breakfast
Had to keep re-connecting to get the free wifi
Great location, beautiful room. Nice rooftop breakfast room.
The rooms were immaculate and service excellent. The continental breakfast was a treat every morning as were the 2 women who served the breakfast. After my 2nd day of eating breakfast, they had my cappuccino waiting for me at my table as soon as I arrived!
Location is great, near to most sightseeings. Good bathroom and nice breakfast with view over the city. There's also a very good restaurant on the same street (Via delle Terme) in a minute walk (name's IL Desco) - not overcrowded although you'd better reserve in high season - highly recommended.
The hotel is very well located, has got a wonderful breakfast at the rooftop, with a nice view from the city.
Amazing central location very close to the Ponte Vecchio (so beautiful)and the Uffizi and lots of places to eat/shop; really helpful & pleasant reception team, arranging train station pickup, Uffizi tickets and a wonderful private day-trip into Chianti country/Siena/San Gimignano/private wine-tasting lunch with fantastic driver Francesco, when emailing from home in NZ (this was one of the best things we did in our whole Italian Adventure). Very nice breakfast selection, and decent espresso coffee, with great views from the terrace breakfast room over the city rooftops, spacious & clean room (we had a deluxe room). Very good laundry service.
Hard thin pillows, quite small ensuite shower room given the deluxe room we had, street was quite noisy at night, but not surprising given its central location. Not very strong shower flow. Not much else wrong.
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Liked Francesca alot. Room roomy. Worth the money. Very clean.
Breakfast lacked a little imagination. But was fairly good.
location breakfast staff
room a bit cramped
the position is perfect
everything was perfect and extremely comfortable. all tourist attractions were a walk away. breakfast was also good and staff very helpful.
Great location and wonderful staff
I cannot say enough about the quality of the front desk personnel. They were immensely helpful and gracious. Rooms and breakfast were good.
Location was fabulous and it's near by everything view was amazing staff were very helpful and welcoming and I enjoyed the stay because of them
Room service was poor I had to call them each day for the shower cap Internet was not too good use to disconnect breakfast was poor each of us gets one coriasant only
Location is good, near museum!
Location New and neat look
There isn't information about how to use the air conditioner unit which seems as a split clima at the first sight. Actually this is also the only heating equipment you need to use in winter. At least some rooms have a shower unit seperated than the bathroom and having only glass door an wall. Although this does not create any hygienic or esthetic issue, if you are planning to share your room with a friend with whom you are not in a relationship, you should better to inform the hotel. House keeping replaces the bed sheets in every other day. In the days which they don't replace, they sometimes reverse it while making the bed and the place which your feet touch in the previous day, may come to top next.
It's a three star hotel that was better than our four star in Rome. Beautiful big rooms, very modern and clean. Great location too with everything at your doorstep.
The breakfast room was beautiful but a hot breakfast would of been better than just cold meats and cereal.
Location Underfloor heating Helpful staff with excellent English Opening windows
I liked my modern and spacious room which was clean and comfortable. The location is great and the hotel is quiet at night despite being a stone's throw from all the major sights.
The bar / breakfast area is a little characterless and the hotel lacks a lobby, though I did appreciate my welcome cocktail. It is to my mind expensive but is in line with the cost of hotels in Florence.
Location, cleanliness , comfort, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful bathroom. Quiet at night even though we were in the middle of the city. Closeness of lovely rustic eating places. Just perfect for us. Breakfast room was lovely with the outlook over the rooftops. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and helpful and provided a wonderful choice.
The bar was only open one night when we were there. Would have been nice to have a nightcap and meet other guests. Lift shaft and reception area did get a bit smelly of drains at times, but it wouldn't put us off going back.
Hotel was in the centre and easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were clean and modern.
One of the best hotel I've ever stayed.
Truly a comfortable bed..ah! The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The size and decor of the room was just right and lovely to look at morning or night. Liked the body lotion. Needed and appreciated, esp. after not having any at other hotels in Italy. A bonus.
