4 bus stops immedialely outside serving 18 routes!!! Difficulty sometimes getting into Hotel. No air conditioning although advertised as such, very hot room. Very noisy, sound insulation poor.

This may sound a bit picky, but the coffee at breakfast was not up to Rome's standards. I bring students each year and this is a fun part of the hotel experience.

They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. We walked to all of the sites, except the Vatician. We paid for the breakfast, which was perfectly fine and certainly easier than going out in the morning. Our room was no frills, but all we did was sleep there.

Dusty smell bothered my very strong dust allergies. (It was very clean and nothing was actually dusty, it was just an old hotel.)

This hotel is not good for babies, the trolley can't go in the elevator and there is so stears without elevation option...

It is a comfortable hotel, good breakfast, very convenient to sights. Both bus and tram stops are nearby. Small restraurants and shops within walking distance. Free WI-FI was good.

I had a serious problems with Internet connection. On the reception they gave me a password for Wi-Fi (several times) but it failed. Alas, due to the poor command of English the receptionist wasn't able to help me

This was an excellent location. The staff was friendly, pleasant and wonderful and making recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Breakfast is excellent. Free WiFi. Location unbeatable.

Our flight was cancelled. We did not make it on the scheduled day. We arrived exhausted the hotel staff had no mercy on refunding for lost day.

Very good location from which you can easily walk to most important historical places like piazza Venezia,Palatine, Colosseum, Pantheon and even Vatican. It doesn't take too much time to walk to piazza del Poppolo and Spanish Stairway as well. Ideal for sightseeing. Personnel was very friendly, rooms were cleaned every day. Very nice bathrooms. WiFi was free as had been promised.

There are not too many restaurants around although Rossopomodoro bar nearby was very fair. WiFi code was initially for two devices but two days later was suddenly changed allowing only one device to connect while we were traveling in a company of four.
