bathroom cleanliness. Very good breakfast Clean room
I would have preferred two proper single beds for my children 12 and 16 instead of a folding bed and a sofa
The location The staff The front desk help The cleanliness Their customer care
Superb location, walking distance to most attractions Spacious air-conditioned room with a lovely terrace Courteous staff who take their time to assist the guests
The bed in the living room was not very comfortable Wish we could have a coffee maker in the room The carpet in the hallway was worn out
Hotel locates in the center of the sightseeings. Hotel room is very clean, breakfast is very good.
Furnitures are very oldstyle.
Excellent location. Very quiet in the rooms. Had a bath and a shower in the room.
Poor breakfast, head outside.
Great selection for breakfast, including hot food, many pastries/dessert, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, coffee machine
Terrace is a bit small, didn't have extra pillows
We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and a great value. We have two very athletic older teenage boys who need their own bed; the queen, twin, and sofa beds were perfect. We tried the Hop on, Hop off tours that the hotel offered, and were so grateful for the Colleseum tickets that enabled us to skip the huge lines. There is a WONDERFUL restaurant around the down and around the corner (if you are standing on the sidewalk facing the hotel, go right a couple of blocks, turn left when you see the ensalad restaurant, walk down a little ways and you'll see a restaurant on your right. Complete meal is $25 pp...treated like family. <3
The hotel is right in front of a busy bus stop.
Friendliest Staff - Gave great directions and were more than willing to help with anything. Great Location - a 30 minute walk to the Vatican, which is the longest distance. Everything else was within 15 minutes. Efficient - Good air conditioning, the water was plenty warm, and the price was in a great range.
They were having Wifi issues when I arrived, which led to having almost no Wifi for my entire trip. They tried to make it easier on those staying by having WiFi in the lobby, but even that was going in and out.
There was no wi-fi the whole time we stayed there.
The front desk man was wonderful! He gave us directions to a quaint but amazing restaurant. Our room was huge and the location couldn't have been better. The breakfast delicious with so many choices offered. Definitely would stay here again.
location and exellent breakfast
Friendly, helpful staff Brilliant location for city visit Lots of great places to eat nearby It has 'character'
A bit on the shabby side Minute, one person lift and very steep stairs
Great location, bus stop is at the front door of the hotel and taxis are across the street if you decide to utilize one. It's within walking distance to most everything. The extra beds we needed were all made and ready from the moment we entered the room. Loved the big, open windows. Very nice.
Sofa for the sofa bed was really old and torn. The air conditioner seemed to not cool as much during the day.
Location - we walked everywhere and did not need to take public transport at all. Great amenities. Very clean. Definitely recommended.
Staff is polite, location is nice
Just old average hotel, small tiny rooms, basic
The shower The floor under the bed was dirty
Located within a walking distance from the main tourist attractions, staff extremely friendly and ready to help with everything, nice clean rooms with good air conditioning (very important in summer), excellent offer for the price we paid
wi fi didn't always function well, but that wasn't much of an issue as the main thing was to be out in the city, not to stay online
Location is fantastic. There is great food and shopping nearby. It is in a great location to see all historic attractions. It is the ideal distance from each extreme of the historic sites. The room was really big, and well kept. Wi-fi connection was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend it.
No real dislikes.
for a family of four there were 2 King beds and one twin; one King was in a separate room with a door and there was ample space. it felt more like home
the lighting in the bathroom was very poor; it was hard to see even at the sink
Location probably best in Rome, handy for all the sights and great to be so near lovely restaurants and cafés after a long day sightseeing. Staff helpful, room comfy, roomy and clean.
Didn't eat breakfast at hotel, had a look, would recommend a net or cover over the pastries which were sitting out.
location, comfort and staff assistance were all of a v high standard...although having a window facing onto busy torre argentina the sound proofing was good with the bonus of being able to open the window and look out onto a wonderful Roman street scape. ..also close to the railway station - approx 10 euro trip...enjoy
The hotel is really looking shabby. The carpets in the hallway on the second floor were very dirty. A lot of the paint was chipped. I have stayed at the hotel 3times and I really notice the difference.
Well situated. Staff was great. Comfortable room. Nice bathroom.
The menu of the mini bar is not updated. The Tv did not work well. The door was difficult to close.
The location of the hotel is excelent. Close to almost everytinhg.
The elevators are too small. The rooms could be better, not so small.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms met our needs. Wi-fi could have been better. Great location. Added bonus was the tv did not work. Who needs TV when visiting Rome.
