Deposit
33 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

It was a super location in the heart of Tuscany. Buses to Sienna and Florence are just up the road and a great cafe and restaurant are across the road. The Hotel had a very relaxed feel and excellent outdoor surroundings/pool. Breakfast was 15 euros per person and very overpriced for what it was. The main bar area felt souless and we saw no-one use it. |

Quiet accomodation ,fair price for fair room. The facility "decor" is unique but something is missing for the ambiance. Maybe low frequentation that night. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was not up to our expectation. Limited amount of client (3 or 4 tables) probably account for quality of food, which was fair. Wine was just a little over price but service was good. |

We didn't accept the first room, because it was dirty and the bathroom was terrible. The second room was better but definately not a 4 star room. We think this is not a 4 star hotel. |

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die vielen romantischen Eckchen haben uns besonders gefallen. Das Hotel wurde sehr liebevoll restauriert. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Leider hört man alles durch die Wände, das sollte vielleicht dem Reinigungspersonal mitgeteilt werden. Wir würden jedoch wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Einerseits dass man alles hört (Geräusche der anderen Gäste, Personal). Aber auch dass man für die Internetbenutzung bezahlen muss, das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss. |

Der Service ist großartig, man bekommt die Getränke sogar an den Pool gebracht. Jeden Tag werden die Zimmer gründlich gereinigt. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist vorzüglich, die Weine sehr gut. Das Hotel bietet schöne Ausflüge an, die auch komplett organisiert werden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Die Pool-Liegen haben Stoffauflagen, die natürlich sehr nass werden, entweder, weil die Leute natürlich nass darauf liegen, aber auch durch das Sprengen früh am Morgen. Die Auflagen müssten zum Trocknen abends weggenommen werden. Schirme müssten ausgetauscht werden, Schimmel. Zimmer kommen einem erstmal sehr dunkel vor, aber es handelt sich eben um ein altes Kloster mit kleinen Fenstern, dies muss man halt erwarten. |

Le cadre, la piscine, le parking vaste et gratuit, sa position dans la région. La chambre supérieure est sans charme, la tv est un ancien modèle à tube, les tapis sont sales, le mobilier est très basique, l'insonorisation est à revoir les bruits "d'ambiance" sont très présents, le petit déjeuner buffet est très quelconque, bref les prestations ne sont pas celles d'un 4*. |

Nous avions reserve une chambre superieure pour 4 nuits. La décoration intérieure de l'hotel manque totalement de gout alors que les vieilles pierres de l'ancienne batisse ont beaucoup de charme. Nous avons occupé une chambre dans l'abbaye et avons été extrement deçu car le confort ne correspondait pas du tout aux prestations d'un hotel 4* (chambre tres defraichie, 1 fenetre minuscule, absence de confort, mobilier en aggloméré mélaminé, salle de bain avec robinetterie en mauvais etat et baignoire sans pare douche, ...) Nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement, le personnel nous a répondu tres serieusement que ''l'ambiance'' de la chambre refletait le caractere austere des cellules des moines ... |

Belle chambre, piscine grande et agréable dans un agréable jardin, petit dejeuner correcte. bonne emplacement pour visiter la région. Ns devions avoir une chambre sup situées dans l'ancienne abbaye du XIe siècle avec s.bain et jacuzzi. On ns a placé dans la villa renaissance jointe à l'abbaye au sous sol (toute petite fenêtre, lugubre) avec s.bain et jacuzzi. L'hostérité de cette chambre ne ns a pas convenu. Ns avons donc demandé une autre chambre un peu plus agréable. Mais ns avons toujours été placé dans la villa, dans une chambre agréable mais avec une s. douche et sans jacuzzi. Ns avons contesté (gentillement) la s.douche par rapport aux prestations notifiées sur votre site internet. On ns a proposé autre chose mais il fallait payer un supplément. Ns avons passé un agréable séjour mais ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité/prix. J'aimerai une réponse à ce sujet ... Merc |

Le personnel a été d'une aide très précieuse, étant donné la barrière de la langue. Ils nous ont aidé à planifier tous nos déplacements, car si l'hôtel est magnifique, champêtre, les déplacements ne sont pas faciles, surtout si l'on ne parle pas l'Italien. Nous avons très bien mangés à l'hôtel et la chambre était spacieuse et propre. La seule chose est que la douche téléphone était basse et il fallait prendre notre douche assis! En résumé, un personnel très attentionné et dévoué et des installations bien pensées. Il y avait un restaurant, juste l'autre côté de la rue, en face de l'hôtel, typiquement Italien, où il y avait beaucoup d'Italiens qui y venaient. Un beau choix de menu, pour faire changement de l'hôtel et une belle ambiance. |

Optimale Lage für Unternehmungen in die Toskana. Sehr freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Frühstück ist Extraklasse manchmal sogar Klaviermusik live vom Kellner gespielt! Unser Dachzimmer hatte leider nur ein kleines Fenster ohne Blick auf die schöne Umgebung! |

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in altem Gemäuer. Große Räume und gute Betten, auch im Standardbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück, besonders freundlicher Service. Für Städtereisen besonders geeignet, wegen des Pools mit Rasenanlage und der günstigen Lage. Schön wären ein par Haken im Raum und helleres Licht .Im Bad würde mir ein mobiler Haartrockner besser gefallen. |
