Location and staff. Breakfast not a wide selection and website said buffet breakfast. Only from pastry shop next door and it was not buffet. After 2 days, we didn't know what to eat. |

This hotel was a short walk from the main rail station and easy to find. We enjoyed the location, its handiness to one of Florence's major tourist destinations. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with air con essential in mid 30 degrees. Breakfast facilities were a little disappointing but perhaps this will be something that will change later. Arti & Hotel will definitely then be accomodation of our choice |

It was very nicely located and the room was large and clearn. They no longer has the breakfast room. As they no longer serve breakfast, the guests are sent to nearby pasty shops and you only get a pastry and a coffee. (continental breakfast.) I wish they told me about the change before the booking. |

The Arti & Hotel had been recommended to my wife and I by his boss ... and we were certainly not disappointed! We arrived for a short one night stay and were given a very nice room Michele the bartender suggested a wonderful restaurant several blocks away and even drew us a map! As we checked out the next morning, I asked if there would be a room available for the following week and they had no problem with getting us in. I arrived prior to my husband and was greeted by name as I approached the desk! Pretty impressive! Same huge room!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I can't imagine finding another hotel that would compare! |

Hotel very close to main attractions The sound insulation could be better - there was quite a bit of noise from the room above due to the wooden floors which were almost audibly transparent to every footstep. |

Nous n'aurions pas pu demander pour un hôtel plus parfaite, la chambre était belle, les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux, et le personnel prévu exceptionnel, un service convivial à tout moment. Un petit bijou "dans le coeur historique de Florence; certainement l'un des points forts de nos vacances en Italie. Si jamais vous êtes à Florence, c'est l'endroit idéal pour rester. |

je suis restee 1 nuit dans cet hotel. j ai passee tres agreabre moment !! la chambre est propre et jolie. j etais vraiment satisfaite. et aussi j eatis contente de leur accuil merci beaucoup . Je voudrais vraiment y retourner en ete. la situation d hotel est ideale au centre ville 2 minutes a pied! Merci a tout |

All'Arti & Hotel sono stata già tre volte, e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Firenze è una città meravigliosa, e poterla visitare sapendo di tornare, la sera, in un hotel tanto bello, curato e accogliente la rende ancora più piacevole! L'albergo affaccia direttamente su via dei Servi, per cui potete immaginare quale sia l'atmosfera.. spalancare la finestra al mattino, o affacciarsi su una delle strade piu centrali di Firenze, animata di giorno e incredibbilmente tranquilla durante la notte... è veramente incredibile. La colazione è buona e abbastanza varia, soprattutto per chi ama il dolce le stanze assolutamente pulite e ben tenute, i bagni luminosi e molto belli e il personale cortese e disponibile.Inutile dire che, ve lo consiglio!!!!! |
