la situacion excelente, desayuno muy justo y simplon, cama confortable, pasamos bastante frio en la habitacion por no funcionar la calefaccion, baño deficiente, y el personal muy agradable

desayuno muy pero que muy mejorable, si estas mas de 2 dias, aburres el desayuno po no haber variedad, baño deficiente equivale a hotel de 2 * como mucho, y no es posible que haciendo frio no funcione la calefaccion

Encontrar en la atenciòn la disponibilidad por entendernos,a pesar de tener diferente idioma.Y Dar con un cordial noVenezolano,en la recepciòn,para conversar mejor.

Nos agradò mucho.

Su ubicacion, y el buen servicio de la camarera que nos atendio en los desayunos 2 de los 6 dias que estuvimos.

El cobro por anticipado la no claridad de la factura final. La prepotencia y mala educacion del gerente o dueño. La cortina de baño inpresentable. El armario roto. Primer dia con cama plegatin para una persona adulta(observacion hecha por escrito y telefonicamente de antemano)

Su ubicacion y sus desayunos.

Se trata de un hotel excelentemente ubicado, que te permite visitar todos los sitios de interés turístico de Florencia a pie y sin necesidad alguna de utilizar transporte público. El diseño del hotel en general y de las habitaciones en particular es muy bonito y presenta un aspecto muy cuidado, las camas son excelentes y las instalaciones se encuentran muy limpias. Además, la disposición del personal del hotel es excelente y de permanente ayuda (consejos, recomendaciones...).

Las habitaciones las limpian y preparan un poco tarde, a veces volvíamos al hotel a las 14 H. y todavía no estaban preparadas. El desayuno podría tener un poco más de variedad.

Muy bien situado. En el mismo centro de la ciudad, a mano de todo. El personal muy amable y eficiente.

El desayuno (bufet?) muy incómodo, compartido con el público de una cafetería pequeña. La habitación que ocupamos necesitada de reformas.

Location was excellant! Right near the Duomo. The hotel was very rustic and really had a feel of Italy.

Manager of the hotel was not very friendly. I had left 3 postcards to be mailed, all stamped, and to date no one has recieved them. Maybe they weren't mailed?

They have an excellent cafe attached to the hotel which provides breakfast and are very willing to accommodate dietary restrictions. Also, I got the handicapped room which was unusually large for an Italian Hotel. The hotel is also a very short walk from the Duomo, but a bit further than I would have liked it to be from the train station.

The in-room safe did not work and they could not fix it.

Fantastic location to Duomo etc. Pleasant side street with good little shops etc. Staff friendly.

Triple room was cramped - third person was allocated a camp bed in what was clearly a double room, therefore there was little floor space for the 3 of us. Didn't feel that the cafe arrangement for breakfast worked too well for us- although a charming cafe we preferred to sit at a table and know what we can eat, rather than be competing with the local businessmen for a coffee and a cake

Breakfast was not good, staffs were not helpful

We were very pleased with the location, the friendly, accomodating staff and the size of the room. The breakfast was fresh and adequate, especially in the café.

The ceiling in the shower leaked and this was inconvenient but the staff were prompt and helpful in fixing the problem
