Excellent staff, very helpfull and courteous! Extremely clean and well kept facilities! Transport to and from the port and for bike rentals was great! You're not on the beach, but it's only a 10 minute bike ride and city center is only 15 minutes.

la location è davvero bella e non è lontana dal centro cittadino. Si possono comodamente affittare biciclette o motorini. Lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile. Molto bella e varia la colazione con dolci freschi fatti in casa. Carina l'idea dell'aperitivo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. l'unico neo che forse ci sono pochi spazi dove poter appoggiare vestiti e che le pareti non sono molto insonorizzate.

Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Hotel soddisfacente sotto tutti I punti di vista ma in particolare per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff che ha accontentato ogni nostra richiesta. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Affabilità e cortesia del personale.Struttura dell'albergo riacavata all'interno di una cava di tufo. La zona armadi seppur molto particolare ha poco spazio e non avendo ante crea disordine.La tenda di chiusura della portafinestra è scomoda e malfunzionante.Ci vorrebbe uno specchio a figura intera nella stanza.

Mi dispiace tanto anche per voi, ma il tempo mi a un po' deluso, ma con tutto cio' siamo stati bene,,,,,,sopratutto la indescreziene.....e la tranquillita'...... Mi sarebbe piaciuto che la sera visto il posto dove e locato l'hotel ci sia un servizio cucina,,,,,,scusate visto che le cose buone iniziano dal mese di maggio in poi...

Estrema disponibilita e cortesia del personale. Ci hanno lasciato la camera fino a ben oltre l orario previsto di check out facendola addirittura riordinare senza nessun sovraprezzo. Inoltre la prima colazione era di qualita paragonabile alla categoria superiore

Abbiamo avuto la gradevole sorpresa di trovare un' architettura moderna che, riutilizzando una cava dismessa, si presentasse in modo così simpatico. La pace e la tranquillità sono certe: che belle dormite! Colazioni normali, ma abbondanti. Staff dell' albergo molto gentile e discreto.

Warm en vriendelijk onthaal heel hulpvaardig om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken Het hotel is architecturaal uitzonderlijk te noemen: gebouwd in en rond een oude steengroeve minder aangenaam is het feit dat buiten zomerseizoen er geen eigen restaurant noch bar open is.

Hotel particolarissimo, inserito in un contesto affascinante (cave di tufo e giardini ipogei) e di buon gusto. Qualche perplessita' sul bagno della camera, poco funzionale per posizionamento specchi e scarsità di piani d'appoggio . La prima colazione è sufficiente e la cena consigliata dallo staff all'hotel Cave bianche (dello stesso gruppo )decisamente scarsa e quasi un insulto alla cucina siciliana.
