beautiful hotel, excellent location, 1 minute from Trevi, surrounded by restaurants, shops etc., ATM and supermarket opposite the hotel most receptionists are unfriendly, I reserves a pickup at the airport and asked for a room with a balcony well in advance and I got no reply, there was no car waiting for me, when I called the hotel I had to call back while they were finding out what went wrong, and he did nothing to help me. |

Only location. Staff not very friendly. Felt the hotel was more for Business use, not for couples on a Romantic weekend away. |

Very nice location and kindly staff. The room is very clean and the bed mattress is confortable to sleep. Breakfast is also good. |

The site is ideal to easily visit Rome central on foot without being tired (fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps, Panteon etc.) |

they upgraded us to a suite too close to trevi fountain so there were too many people up and down the street; chose because breakfast was said to be so good-- we have had better. |

トレビの泉まで歩いて１分。小さなスーパーは目の前。タクシー乗り場まで歩いて５分。朝８時にトレビの泉に- 行くと、人が少なく目の前で写真を撮ることができました。立地条件が良かったです。 ベランダ付きの部屋にしたら、部屋の中に蟻がいて驚いた。ヨーロッパは部屋の中も靴が基本だから仕方ないの- かもしれませんが。 |

L'emplacement est très central. Les chambre ne sont pas insonorisées et le personnel fait beaucoup de bruit le matin pour le ménage. Petit déjeuner honnête. |

Veldig god frokost med godt og variert utvalg. Betjeningen - både i resepsjonen, han som ordnet koffertene og ikke minst frokostbetjeningen var excellent!! |

女性スタッフの態度がひどく悪かった。外出する際に部屋のキーを預けるがカウンターに置けと指示が毎回あっ- たが鍵はそのまま放置。他のお客様もきているのだからせめて鍵くらいはしまうべきだと思う。男性スタッフは- その点なんの問題もなし。女性のスタッフのおかげでホテルの品位が間違いなく下がっています。 |
