Hotel Regno is 650 ft from the Trevi Fountain. Toss a coin in the fountain if you want to come back to Rome, most likely to this superior 3-star hotel.
Score from 918 reviews Very good
Located just 650 ft from Barberini Metro Station, Albergo Ottocento is a 5-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. The elegant rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
Score from 830 reviews Very good
Just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and 325 ft from Cavour Metro, Grand Hotel Palatino is in Rome's Monti District. It has a bar and 2 restaurants. Wi-Fi is free throughout.
Score from 991 reviews Very good
The historic Grand Hotel Plaza has been featured in many movies. Set on Rome’s popular shopping street, Via del Corso, it has large elegant rooms with high ceilings and marble bathrooms.

Everything was great including breakfast, the room, and staff.
The location .
The bed is very firm and stiff the room is dark the bath is too small.
* Location excellent 2 mins from Trevi Fountain and within walking distance of many sights. Outside restaurant and good service from waitress. * Room was comfortable and cool.
* Not all reception staff friendly. *Poor wifi *Restaurant closed on Sunday *Being billed 212 euros instead of 48 for city tax. Luckily spotted and changed.
Location!!! Easy to get all over Rome. Nice breakfast buffet. Helpful in arranging transportation to the airport which was on-time.
Small and a bit tired hotel room, not sure if other hotel rooms in area would be better though. One staff member did not have any Rome restaurant recommendations, said that "he lived outside the city." Another staff member was 20 minutes late on our wake up call to get our taxi to airport, fortunately, my alarm clock worked OK. Wifi weak, need a code for every 24 hours.
The staff are nice. The location is good. Breakfast is more than good.
The room was very dark. We arrived in the evening and it was too dark to see even to organize our luggage. The shower was outrageous small!! We paid a lot of money for the accomadion and we got a lousy small shower that my shoulders kept on stuck in the shower's walls. There wasn't a body mirror in the room.
The confusion that their made with the billing, for my accommodation
Very central for touring Rome on foot.Staff friendly and helpful.
Roof terrace closed. Breakfast room dark.
Very poor wifi
Room 309 is in front of the cleaning closet. Unfortunately for my short stay, the cleaning trolly was parked at the door of 309 from early morning which disrupted my sleep from the early ours of the day with all the noise.
Good location, very polite staff and cleaning services
Poor design(needs urgently face-lift) and poor and bad quality breakfast (bored chef, if any!) for a 4star hotel. Unacceptable financial politics, when you pay more than 2000 euro for 4 days and the silly tax of 6 euro per person per night, is not absorbed by the hotel, especially when booking was before tax imposition.
A fantastic hotel, at last a 4 star hotel that is ! Our luxury double room was huge, ask for 314 !
To be really picky, no rooftop terrace for breakfast !
This hotel was really nice. Pretty close to the main attractions! We lived on the 2nd floor and was able to hear live music at night, which was a bonus. The hotel stuffs were really friendly and helpful too!
The very friendly and helpful staff
The very loud music from the pianist in front of the hotel until 11 pm
- The A/C was not functioning well
Very professional staff and close to trevi fountain.
Very slow wifi
Very clean, value for money for Italy, good location. Other couple with us had 2nd floor superior twin with great terrace and very quiet as at rear of hotel and enclosed. Good quality breakfast, even though not huge variety - but more than good enough.
Suite little congested, 2nd floor room at front of building, noisy at times from traffic.
Location is perfect. Kind and polite reseption. Helpfull staffs and good breakfast. Comfort rooms. We enjoyed our journey to rome. Everything was perfect.
The size of rooms
The room was clean, staff lovely BUT the location is everything. We walked from the Spanish Steps to the Forum. Everything is about 20 minutes away!
we got a very nice room with balcony. the staff was able to answer our questions and breakfast was sufficient. good location for city-break.
rude uncaring staff
Everything was good, great location right behind The Trivie fountain, unfortunately it is under renovations. But we have been to Rome before. Hotel is close to everything there is a supermarket across the road. Close to shopping and all sites. Hotel also has it's own cafe in front with a musician every night.
When in Rome we usually stay at Hotel d'Inghelterra, but as it was fuly booked we chose Dela Nazione mainly because of the location which was excellent close to all the the tourist attractions. We were not disappointed as the hotel was also very comfortable , but
Oh that wi-fi. It was the poorest I've come across. It kept dropping out and had to be continually reset. If you are a business's traveller and need to be in touch this hotel is not for you, otherwise you should be quite pleased with it.
lovely cool rooms, fab breakfast, lovely staff
Great central Rome location with clean comfortable room.
