room for breakfast quality of breakfast
Breakfast was very basic.
nice location with free wifi
one of the reception girls never smiles...
Great location. Very close to the city's must seen places. Clean room. A little small. Breakfast is rich and fresh. Friendly staff.
Limited wi-fi connection.
Friendly staff, ok rooms incredible location. 2 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and bus stop. 5 minute to subway. 30 minute walk to train station and Colosseum or Vatican City.
Rooms were noisy. Sounds from stairway and rooms above were loud. But staff were happy to move us when we complained.
Space for the group to gather in reception. Perfect location.
Check out was a little manuc... Might need a little more planning for groups.
Breakfast is poor. Wifi reception bad. Service spotty
We had two rooms, ours was fine but the other one had a really tiny bathroom that if you dropped a bar of soap it would be impossible to pick it up without having to open the shower door unless you were skinny and smaller than 5' tall. It was on the lower 4th for, can't recall room number. The good part though about that room was it had a balcony.
Just a nice hotel in very center of The City. Absolutely suitable.
Great location Friendly staff
Old beds which were not very comfortable
The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel was very clean and there was a good choice of food for breakfast. The Hotel was also very well situated for sightseeing and shopping.
The only thing I would have liked was for the roof terrace to have more tables and chairs so it would be possible for food and drink from the restaurant to be eaten up there.
Everything was great including breakfast, the room, and staff.
The location .
The bed is very firm and stiff the room is dark the bath is too small.
* Location excellent 2 mins from Trevi Fountain and within walking distance of many sights. Outside restaurant and good service from waitress. * Room was comfortable and cool.
* Not all reception staff friendly. *Poor wifi *Restaurant closed on Sunday *Being billed 212 euros instead of 48 for city tax. Luckily spotted and changed.
Location!!! Easy to get all over Rome. Nice breakfast buffet. Helpful in arranging transportation to the airport which was on-time.
Small and a bit tired hotel room, not sure if other hotel rooms in area would be better though. One staff member did not have any Rome restaurant recommendations, said that "he lived outside the city." Another staff member was 20 minutes late on our wake up call to get our taxi to airport, fortunately, my alarm clock worked OK. Wifi weak, need a code for every 24 hours.
The staff are nice. The location is good. Breakfast is more than good.
The room was very dark. We arrived in the evening and it was too dark to see even to organize our luggage. The shower was outrageous small!! We paid a lot of money for the accomadion and we got a lousy small shower that my shoulders kept on stuck in the shower's walls. There wasn't a body mirror in the room.
The confusion that their made with the billing, for my accommodation
Very central for touring Rome on foot.Staff friendly and helpful.
Roof terrace closed. Breakfast room dark.
Very poor wifi
Room 309 is in front of the cleaning closet. Unfortunately for my short stay, the cleaning trolly was parked at the door of 309 from early morning which disrupted my sleep from the early ours of the day with all the noise.
Good location, very polite staff and cleaning services
Poor design(needs urgently face-lift) and poor and bad quality breakfast (bored chef, if any!) for a 4star hotel. Unacceptable financial politics, when you pay more than 2000 euro for 4 days and the silly tax of 6 euro per person per night, is not absorbed by the hotel, especially when booking was before tax imposition.
A fantastic hotel, at last a 4 star hotel that is ! Our luxury double room was huge, ask for 314 !
To be really picky, no rooftop terrace for breakfast !
