Allthough the hotel says 4 start but I would say it is 2 star hotel. Very very poor breakfast. I stayed 5 days and every morning was the same poor menu. Wireless connection was too bad. I had booked a family room. But extremely bad smell was coming all the time from the washroom. We had to open up the window all the time to get rid of from this bad smell. I would say it is 2 star hotel.

Good value for money - Room was bigger (junior suite) with same money as a small room closer to the center and still had good enough connection to the city (metro) though we were walking most of the times. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning of the room was good and service in generally was good. There was jacuzzi in the room but didn't function and was not repaired during the whole stay even it was promised. And no compensation.

The hotel is only 3 stops away from the termini train station by metro, and 10 mins walk to the hotel after getting off at Bologna Station. The breakfast is nice. The stuff there are nice but their English is quite poor. We felt sorry for some staff because the hotel seems to run with a skeleton crew, employing the bare minimum of staff. Hence the reception staff and porter were always very busy. The internet connection is not reliable, and it is irritating when it goes down every 5 minutes. In our opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star, maximum.

Location was pretty good, even if the place was off the map. Breakfast was also ok, but every day the same selection and nothing warm. The hotel was old and poor. It is certainly not 4 star hotel, it should be having 2 stars only! The room was tiny and frayed, the bed was uncomfortable and the shower was broken. There was noisome smell of mould in the bathroom, so we could be there only with the window open all the time. Three times in 3 days we were totally out of warm water, it´s really inconvenient when you drop by after long warm day in the city just to fresh yourself up before dinner. Our room was on 2. floor, but we had almost no wifi connection, and we could not connect the poor wifi from more than one laptop at the same time. Our windows faced the yard where there is a factory and we had to put up with terrible noise, even during the night we woke up every 20 minutes because of it. And they don´t have even an iron in the hotel, so where´s the 4 stars here??

Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast room views. Clean rooms. More of a 3 star rating. Plain un-exiting breakfast with terrible coffee and juice machines. Rooms a bit cold with un-ambient cat-light lighting. No mirrors in room except bathroom.

The location is good. Good neighbourhood. Kind of good price. Clean. The staff was helpfull. It was a little bit cold in the room in spite of the air conditioner working all night long. The air from the air conditioner was cold. If you want to use the internet you have to pay for it (I wasn't expected this in a 4 star hotel).

The nearest station from this hotel is not so far from any sightseeing areas. It is very convenient to access every historical place in Rome. Wi-Fi was not working at all, even though they offered free of charge.

Great hotel for the money...you will walk to almost everything though with the closest Metro station a little less than a mile away. It is in the "locals" part of town near the university. Wonderful gelato nearby! Staff was very good!

The staff was helpful. The hotel is located not far from the tourist attraction. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was awesome. The breakfast lounge is at the roof and views are good from there. Easy connectivity to the train station via bus. The staff was really very helpful as I left my credit card at check out but they called me up and informed me about it. The nearest metro station is Bologna which is 600 mts walk from the hotel. If you are coming by train and don't have a good idea about bus routes then be prepared to walk a bit from metro station. The Aircon was not very effective.
