The staff were very nice, friendly and responsible. The breakfast was very good with good and decent choices to select with. Economic due to the proximity to Bologna metro and bus stops to termini which is not far from the hotel. Luggage room available which you can use for keeping luggage after check out to match your return trip itinerary. Good cleaning services and clean, spacious bath with sufficient supply of toiletries. There are restaurants (Italian & Chinese) and pizzerias nearby the hotel open till midnight with tasty dishes and economic too. Comfortable room with a nice bed for a good sleep after a tiring day full of walks through the Rome!

i recommend this hotel to anyone who like to visit roma. Situated in a quiet location (about 20 min from termini by walk, or 5 min by metro).

At 4 stars hotel you should pay for extra channels on tv. Breakfast could be more diversified.

Very nice only 5-7 min from bologna metro station.Hot water,Hot room nice breakfast and specially Giuly very nice person made us great capucino.If we visit rome again (we will sure) we will go at the same hotel.

Good value for money - Room was bigger (junior suite) with same money as a small room closer to the center and still had good enough connection to the city (metro) though we were walking most of the times. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning of the room was good and service in generally was good.

There was jacuzzi in the room but didn't function and was not repaired during the whole stay even it was promised. And no compensation.

The staff was helpful. The hotel is located not far from the tourist attraction. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was awesome. The breakfast lounge is at the roof and views are good from there. Easy connectivity to the train station via bus. The staff was really very helpful as I left my credit card at check out but they called me up and informed me about it.

The nearest metro station is Bologna which is 600 mts walk from the hotel. If you are coming by train and don't have a good idea about bus routes then be prepared to walk a bit from metro station. The Aircon was not very effective.

The staff is always very friendly and tries to help.

Rooms are quite small, breakfast is not varying, it was always the same, definetely no 4* standard when it comes to the equipment of the rooms.

Staff were willing and patient, Italian breakfast, but a rich and good, underground near the hotel, clean room, large bathroom.
