The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and public transport only meters away. It is a small hotel with a quaint but homely anbience. Staff were very helpful, nearly all spoke English. The only thing I could mention is that the electric jug in the room did not work but at least there was a jug! Vaslue for money I have no complaints and the location more than makes up for any shortcomings.

Location and friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Small hotel with the rooms on main floor, easy access, and no elevator. The room and bathroom were very small, but to be expected for this price in this location. The only real negative was that the air conditioner barely worked, and the room was hot

The location was good and very quiet, at least my room was. Small room but this is normal in Europe's top cities 1. The bathroom…. Rooms in European hotels are small but such a low ceiling in the bathroom? I'm 172 cm and just fit under the shower and ceiling. 2. I am not the one to complain about breakfast but nothing was fresh - the croissants were at least 3 days old, 1 type processed cheese, 1 type pate in a pack, the rest was sweet - jam, cake… 3. What put me off completely is that I was asked to pay for the room at 8.30am (after breakfast) - no problem, I paid and said I will go out and will be back to change and be out of the room at 11.30 (check out is 12 noon). I got back at 11am and found my bag outside at the reception!!! Because they had to clean the room! Priceless excuse!

1) The location of the hotel was fantastic - walking distance to restaurants and sights like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon. Also close to the train station. 2) Staff were very helpful - helped me with my bags down the stairs and ordered a taxi for me when I left. 3) Breakfast was lovely and delivered to the room if you requested, at no extra cost. 4) Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned extremely well. 4) Internet - wi-fi was available for free which was very convenient. There was nothing I didn't like.

Pues estuve 3 días en el hotel y el servicio fue bueno, la atención del personal excelente, tiene una buena ubicación y el desayuno no estuvo mal. Lo recomiendo!

A localização é excelente, ficando muito próximo a Fontana de Trevi, a Piazza de Spagna e a estação de metrô Barberini. Também há várias opções de ônibus na rua do Hotel. Os quartos são pequenos e o box minúsculo.

La posizion ideale al centro di Roma La rumorosità proveniente dall'interno: le camere non sono bene isolate verso il corridoio e la sala colazione e quindi provengono rumori di chiacchiere e piatti la mattina presto

Hotel à proximité des sites comme Fontaine de Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Villal Borghese , via Veneto. Métro à 5 minutes et nombreux bus. En fait tout le centre historique peut se visiter à pied. Le Vatican et ses musées assez proches également. Les chambres sur la Via del Tritone, malgré 2 doubles fenêtres à double vitrage,sont très bruyantes. Difficile de bien dormir et impossible ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit.

The staff is very gentle and ready to help. They speak good english. The breakfast is continental, not much to eat, but some croissants and sweet treats. Very well located, the bus stop is a few steps.

la cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale, oltre che la sua posizione che permette di raggiungere, anche a piedi,, luoghi incantevoli e magigi di Roma. Per i più pigri .. le fermate di metro e bus sono a due passi dall'Hotel!

cicho i spokojnie Pokój składał sie z dwóch cześci , małe okienko w jednej cześci nie oświetlało całego pokoju, szkoda że nie było tego w opisie - dla mnie to bardzo ważne w dzień konieczność używania światła elektrycznego

Very nice breakfast in the room The list that they don't have Internet access, but the do have wifi, it just doesn't work in the rooms. You have to use it in the lobby , which is rather small.
