Small breakfast room so need to wake up early if you do not want to queue or rushing for time to go day excursion.

Perfect location only a few blocks from the Duomo.

Location is convenient, there is a lift to the floors

The entrance is very uninviting with reception being on the 3rd floor.

The location is really great. Very close both to the railway station and city centre. Charlie who we had most contact with was very friendly and helpful which is a major plus compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our vacation. The decorations in the rooms and public areas are tasteful and pleasing to the eye. Our room is spacious enough for three and the bathroom is nice too. The elevator however is not enough to put an extra cat in let alone to swing it. The breakfast room is also too small. During our first morning at least two families had to wait for tables to be cleared. The room lady also tried once to enter the room while I was sleeping, at about 10 A.M. Overall recommendable but not a hotel for bigger groups or families.

Location is pretty close to the train station and Duomo.The room was good as well and clean. Reception was very friendly.

Breakfast was poor and kitchen lady was not that friendly

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Provide maps, leaflets on tours if required and great advice on where to eat.

Small bathroom but i have seen worse. Limited choice with breakfast.

Very close to the attractions, good price, clean room, daily room svc, simple and efficient.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, the lights went out on the stairway once, elevator is cramped and can barely hold 3 people, let alone luggage. Dining area has 4 tables, you have to wait for someone to be done before getting seated, very limited selection of items for breakfast. Has a big heavy key which needs to be dropped off daily at front desk to get a clean room. Street could be noisy since it is on main road. Room is small.

This three star hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are well decorated in Tuscan themes which gave the hotel character. The room was a decent size. Free internet is provided and if the stay is three days or longer, free access to the mini bar and a bottle of wine is provided. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offers great assistance. The breakfast selection was basic but good for the price.

Great location being close to the railway station and most of Florence's attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was reasonably spacious although we were cautioned about opening the windows because of mosquitos (a Florence problem). Breakfasts were good. The hotel is located on the upper floors of the building but there is a lift almost from the ground (a few steps) to assist weary travellers like us.

Hotel Delle Tele's location is perfect. It is only a short walking distance to all the major sights of Florence, easily reachable in 2 minutes. Our room was spacious and with lots of character: high ceiling and decorated walls. Our room was overlooking the main road which meant we had front row seats to all the hustle and bustle. Surprisingly, we barely heard any noise once we shut our windows - double windows did the trick! The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast but they also served cereals and hard boiled eggs. This place is good for city breaks and if you want to be close to major sights in Florence.

It's location was good. The room size was good

We found some of the staff were very off hand. Also the breakfast was very limited. Other hotels we have stayed at were much better.

Excellent Hotel!! 1) Room is big with very high ceiling 2) Fast Internet that works perfectly 3) The nicest people work in hotel 4) 5 mins from train station, duomo and shopping streets - just in the middle of everything 5) They are always ready to help you with any unexpected problems and needs. We stayed in hotel for 2 nights, after that we went to the countryside, 3 days later we were back to Florence to get the flight back and super urgently needed wifi + to charge the computer. After going from cafe to cafe and finding no wifi we decided to run to the hotel and just ask for help. They not only allowed us to stay in hotel for 3 hours and use necessary facilities but also gave free coffee and croissant. If you were in trouble abroad you know how much this little help means! Thank you so much!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception was available all day/night. Room and bathroom were spacious. Hotel is very well located between Piazza del Duomo (just 150 meters away) and Santa Maria Novella (Church and Central Station), along a big street with shops.

Breakfast should be enriched (however, additional quantity was gladly provided by the staff, whenever asked for).
