the staff were , was clean and comfortable . the noise from the road keep us up all night so loud so think the price should be less . |

Good location easy access to train station andcenter of town. Air conditioner on the room did not work. The hotel said it would take a while to cool the room but by the time we got to the room it was very hot and too late to change rooms. Some of the beds were tooo soft. Noisy street (if you sleep with the window open). |

La simpatia di chi ci ha accolto alla reception e la centralità dell'hotel. I pavimenti che tremavano al passaggio degli autobus; inoltre avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale ma in realtà erano due letti singoli.. |

Dichtbij het centrum van Florence gelegen; alles op loopafstand. Persoonlijke benadering van de gastheer (chef/eigenaar). Kamer lag aan straatzijde; zeer druk met bussen bereden weg. Hotel heeft veel gedaan ter voorkoming van overlast: 2x dubbele ramen gemonteerd, echter geen airco. Met ramen open (slapen) was geen optie i.v.m. geluid en luchtkwaliteit. Door het grote volume (hoogte) van de kamer geen "benauwd" gevoel. |
