Location, VERY helpful staff
External noise & lack of shutters on ground floor room

Very comfortable Hotel, near to the Vatican, very clean and pretty calm.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms where a nice size and comfortable. Just up the road from the metro so very easy to get around the city.
The bar was always unattended and the décor was a little dated. Breakfast was not very good ether as there was not a lot of choice and my friend who is lactose intolerant had no alternatives for breakfast.
Very good location , Calm surroundings, Friendly staff, Easy access - to Lepanto metro station (2 stops from bus) and Oslavia Bus stand (3 min walking), Great breakfast buffet and value for money.
Staff, breakfast, location
Wifi connection too slow or not available they need to upgrade
The cleaning, the price and the room
Some rooms have connections by double door with other rooms. You can hear every move in the neighbour room. We requested the room to be changed and they did it imediately
Location, staff and the area.
Room was large although I did book a double for myself. It was convenient for the Stadio del Nuoto where my grandson was taking part in a diving competition.
Very cosy and beautiful apartment with a balcony. Very kind receptionist.
Breakfast was small,no fresh vegetables or fruits.only one drink, coffee or juice, not both. Balcony was small, cute though.
Great and very friendly personnel. Allowed us to keep the car at the hotel entrance for half a day. Cheers to the ladies!
Far from metro, no shops or good restaurants around.
The personnel of the hotel (except one lady at the reception) is very friendly and the comfort of the room was excellent (with the exception of internet connection).
The receptionist working on Sunday 13 and Monday 14 morning was impolite (though I started in Italian she switched to English when I realized that my Italian is better than her English) and she was unhelpful (she invested no effort at all to advise about the possibility of prolongation my stay in the hotel). The internet connection was also poor.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were so friendly. Perfect location for such price.
I liked the friendly staff, all the facility and the breakfast. The Location is awesome and walk able distance from the Metro Station
clean, nice, in a quiet area, nice staff
the distance to the center was remarkable. Internet was rather slow
Location was very good. Room was very clean and of gud size.
Was difficult to find during night due to small board.
The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, wifi, were all excellent. Close to bus line,
The room was very noisy on the ground floor next to the reception. I could hear everyone who came into the hotel. I could hear the receptionist cough, and blow his nose. the toilet smelled like sewage; probably from a previous accident on the upper floor.
The quiet, residential neighborhood. Although far from the tourist spots, it is accessible to public transportation. A nice respite; no tourists! Pleasant staff; helpful. Special praise for Giusi--she is supurb! Luigi was good, too, but didn't see him much. I recommend this hotel if you do not require being close to the city centre.
The breakfast was mediocre. Not much variety. The cakes on the second day were left over from the first day. The hotel should re-assess the breakfast.
The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Great place to base yourself if you want to avoid the sirens.
The staff are very polite and speaking fluently English, the rooms are clean especially the bathroom. The parking is fair and the locations is great, the buss station is very near, grab #30 and go to the Colosseum.
There was only one thing that i didn't like but that is their way of work i guess. In the middle of the night i was thirsty and went down to the bar and they charged me 4Euros for one bottle!! I think that the prize is too high for water.
