Hotel Delle Muse  

We had a fantastic room with a balcony which was more than we ever expected for the price. The room was very clean and reception always friendly and helpful, especially the night shift. The best thing by far was the amazing breakfast.

It was a little tricky to negotiate the 360 bus to get to and from the hotel at times but there are other ways to get to the hotel if there is a problem with the service.

the staff were all very wecoming, 2 minute walk to bus stop to get u into the city or 10 min walk to get u to the square and from here a no 19 tram again to the city. From the hotel we planned our routes for walking to various sites using the map provided by hotel plus bus journies so although the hotel just outside the main streets of rome it was well placed for the buzz of the city and relaxing for the chill out time. the terrace was a great to sit and relax in. the free wi-fi was great so we could use skype to keep in touch with family etc. would use this hotel again if going back to rome.

The friendly staff, made you feel at home, food was excellent, a three course meal in the evening for 18 euros!!!!! Ali was our waitor, nothing was too much trouble, that goes for all the staff. I would recommend it too everyone!!!

Location could have been a bit nearer to town!!

We especially liked of Hotels Warm atmosphere (staff very polite and CARING) and of Hotels kitchen.Breakfast is Great. Hotels location was quiet.(no disturbing sounds at all) There are some small cafes on the Hotel street which leads to Piazza Ungheria.(local square nearby) Walking in about 10 minutes or less.(as well nearest bus stops only in 2 minute walking) There are several cafes,small shops and restaurants.But I would like to remaind that Hotels Dinner option is very attractive.You can choose from A la Carte list or take complete Dinner Menu.(of price 18 euros incl service) Rome city centre eating places are much more expensive and many times also quality not as good as in Delle Muse. Many Thanks of a pleasant stay !

The staff were awesome. Francesca, Paolo and their mother went out of their way to accomodate our every need and to ensure our stay was most pleasant.

There is very little in the way of conveniences near the hotel. The nearest restaurant is about 3 blocks away as is the nearest bus stop.

Signor Giorgio Lazar is a terrific manager/owner. He will do anything to make your stay pleasant. After we left he continued to help us track lost luggage even although we were no longer his guests. The hotel is in a quite (Parioli) district of Rome, out of the hustle and bustle, but a short cab ride to anywhere in the city. A pleasant walk distance to the north side of Villa Borghese and to Piazza Ungheria. This is our second stay and we recommend this family operated, friendly and comfortable hotel.

the only thing that I didn't like was not having another connection with Termini than 360 which came after waiting almost an hour in Termini

Restaurant, felt more like a canteen, some other guests were very demanding. Unfortunately it was raining so we could not sit on the outside tables for the evening meal. Food was ok and a good choice at Breakfast.

Great value great breakfast helpful staff very clean quiet area far. From things but worth the trouble small room small elevator no big deal
