Hotel Delle Muse  

We had a fantastic room with a balcony which was more than we ever expected for the price. The room was very clean and reception always friendly and helpful, especially the night shift. The best thing by far was the amazing breakfast.

It was a little tricky to negotiate the 360 bus to get to and from the hotel at times but there are other ways to get to the hotel if there is a problem with the service.

1. Excellent Breakfast 2. Excellent guidance given by the staff members regarding Places to visit etc. 3. Good buss service from the Termini Railway station to the Hotel. buss no 360.

1. Hand shower was not available in the bathroom.

The staff could not have been nicer, they were very attentive, very kind and disponibile.

The staff were awesome. Francesca, Paolo and their mother went out of their way to accomodate our every need and to ensure our stay was most pleasant.

There is very little in the way of conveniences near the hotel. The nearest restaurant is about 3 blocks away as is the nearest bus stop.

I enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the helpful and cheerful attitude of all the staff.

The restaurant served very good food. Breakfast had a good selection as well. Rooms are clean but small.

Very slow service at the restaurant. Waited 1/2 hr before somebody showed up and start taking ordwers for drinks. Never mind ordering your meal.Room was not ready upon arrival at 6 PM. We did not get the room we reserved on the internet.

convenient, really clean and staff is super attentive. the breakfast was terrific with lots of variety. the rooms were large and updated.

A perfect place to stay with really friendly and helpful staff, we just loved it and will return for sure. It's not far from downtown though Italian public transport is usually chaotic - but who cares really when your're in Rome? ;)

Signor Giorgio Lazar is a terrific manager/owner. He will do anything to make your stay pleasant. After we left he continued to help us track lost luggage even although we were no longer his guests. The hotel is in a quite (Parioli) district of Rome, out of the hustle and bustle, but a short cab ride to anywhere in the city. A pleasant walk distance to the north side of Villa Borghese and to Piazza Ungheria. This is our second stay and we recommend this family operated, friendly and comfortable hotel.

Location - Nr Villa Borghese & its Park. Helpful staff.

Restaurant, felt more like a canteen, some other guests were very demanding. Unfortunately it was raining so we could not sit on the outside tables for the evening meal. Food was ok and a good choice at Breakfast.
