location, staff, clean room
breakfast (no renewal, variety)
Heated towel rack. Big flat sink. Free two cans and two bottles of water. Airport. Excellent wifi. Comfy bed. Good shower, bidet.
My room is very noisy when it rains. Raindrops on the rooftop. Room tax must be paid in cash
Excellent staff, very handy to Termini Station, great breakfast.
Night light which goes off and on all night. (We stayed in 2 different rooms and reported this, but cannot be switched off)
Clean, very nice the people who work there, nice design room
Modern clean furnishings; location excellent
Helpful staff at front desk Breakfast great Drinks in minibar were free Shower fantastic
No tea/coffee facilities in room Very small and claustrophobic rooms No natural light Difficult with big bags
Excellent location, staff lovely and helpful, breakfast great and very very clean - we had a room for three and stayed 5 nights for a 60th birthday - even had a champagne breakfast Would definitely recommend this hotel and rome - we will be back to both
Very Friendly, efficient and professional staff Location Cleanliness Beds Rooms are complely renovated Breakfast is more than ok
Wi-Fi maybe sometime week, sometime discontinued and sometime ok. The area can be noisy in the morning, so much that the double-glass windows fails isolate (but this must be the price for locaton in walk distance from all famous city sites of Rome
The location. The staff. The cleanliness. The almost new facilities. The breakfasts.
Rooms a bit small. Some street noise.
Staff bedroom - comfort cleanliness breakfast location
The hotel were I would go for the second time.
Small area for triple room !
Hotel Demetra has the most stylish and comfortable rooms I have seen around Termini in this price range. The bed is excellent, the bathroom has the latest fittings, and even my small single room had a spacious bathroom. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. Could not find fault with this hotel. Excellent value for money.
Great location to visit major sights, piazzas and Termini Station. Excellent breakfast, catered to coeliac child needs as well Bright, cheerful room.
Didn't like the restaurant they recommended for lunch.
Amazing location. Modern and clean design.
You can hear everything through the walls and ceilings.
- Near Termini, Restaurants and Tourist Places
Very very small room, though i reserved the "big" room. The hotel os not worth 2 stars even, its just 1 floor of a building and on the next floor there is another hotel!
Great Staff, very helpful. We had a cnr room which had a queen and a single (we only used the queen). Room was a good size. Good Location to city attractions plus the main train station
Breakfast, not many options and most things were stale.
Friendly helpful staff and clean rooms. Good location.
Was rated a 4 star but did not have 4 star facilities. No complimentary tea or coffee facililites - not even a kettle in the room. Have to pay for every extra tea and coffee. Breakfast is included but no option to take it in your room - have to go to the basic breakfast room and will not be served before 7 am therefore on early checkout (6.45am) No food, only tea/coffee available in the reception area. As breakfast was included in the price it should really be provided. Room was very small - no floor space to even open a suitcase. Poor sound insulation. You can hear the water coming down the waste pipes from the upstairs rooms. No onsite eating facilities apart from the very basic breakfast. NOT a 4 Star hotel. Had it been advertised as a B&B or even 2* hotel I would have given them an excellent rating, but I paid for a 4 star facility and that is not what I got - disappointed overall. Booking.com you need to review the facilities more thoroughly before advertising a hotel as having a certain star rating. We booked as we trusted your review of the hotel. We could have got the same quality of accommodation at a fraction of the price. Even premier Inn who are a budget hotel have more space in the rooms and better facilities.
Central location Friendly staff Excellent breakfast Excellent wi fi
No kettle in the room for tea and coffee
Modern and clean friendly staff
The hotel is completely reformed. The woman in the reception was very kind and she helped us a lot. The room was always clean and tidy when we got back from a long day walking. Breakfast was a small selection of juices, fruit, cereal, bread, croissants...
Maybe the room was very small but we only used it for sleeping so it was no problem at all
The staff is really helpful !
A beautiful clean hotel, very central and fantastic value for money for a family of 5. Quiet and very helpful staff. highly recommend.
