Hotel Staff, Alicia is very helpful organize us to get a taxi to the airport The room is nice and new though the room is not so big The location is close to Termini station Felt like home, a kitchen available for small cooking I did not read the information enough that I have to inform the hotel what time I am coming so we have a little problem. However, shortly hotel staff come to pick up us.

The location was ok, very convenient for the backpackers, just 5 minutes walk to the terminal station The room are very small, especially the bathroom, I even fall down the first day when taking the shower, coz there is no space for me to turn around and when the shower tray get wet, it's very slippery. The first day checked in, I find there are hair and dirt on the bed, which allow me felling well, it looks like the housekeeping didn't change the blanket, pillow cover and bedsheet, therefore the first night I have to sleep with the bedsheet only, without the blanket, and asked the housekeeping to change the second day. The breakfast is very boring, every morning with one Croissant and other dry biscuits and crakers, no change, if you continuously eat for two days, you'll be tired of it.

Clean. The attendent called Federica, very attentiouns and kind. Noise from inside and outside. We could hear everything from your bathroom and from others room. The room is very close to the reception and has no noise insulation and the staff had no respect making a lot of noise. The couple bed were actually two beds side by side, too uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke. Cable tv was bad, many channels with advertising. I will never come back to this place.

The location was close to our bus station and the price was good. The shower head was broken. The room was noisy both from outside, the reception area and the breakfast kitchen.

The rooms are good. Staff is very friendly. You have coffee machine just at door step and plenty of milk and food at your room. Interior is good. There is no reception and you can't check in and check out without prior information to the hotel authority. I reached there at 3.30pm and no one was there to open the main entrance. I had to call to open it and wait there for 15 20 mins. Also for check out I had to call the authority to send some one to collect my room rent. The lift is an ancient one and scary ;)

From our arrival until our departure the staff was most friendly and helpful. They provided a map and personal explanation for my daughter and I to explore the city, which was most helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet from street noise, yet close to all that we wished to see, and the train station was just blocks away for us to continue our travels. A basket of breakfast items was provided in the room (replenished daily) along with a refrigerator with milk, cheese, juice packs and bottled water. Fresh pastry (chocolate filled-yum) awaited us just outside our door in the morning. Probably the most outstanding feature was a coffee machine that rivaled a coffee shop just outside our door with the ability to make several types of coffee drinks and tea (all provided). Upon our departure the check out process was quick and easy and the staff assisted us with our bags (and refused my offer of a tip). If you are looking for 5 star amenities maybe this won't meet your expectations, but if you are looking for a reasonably priced alternative with comforts of home in a friendly environment, give the Dem GuestHouse a try. I would definitely stay here again if I make it to Rome for another visit. Even though it is in the train district with the possibility of transients, my daughter and I felt safe (though we weren't walking the streets late at night) and the security of the Dem GuestHouse is most satisfactory. We enjoyed the convenient location, lovely staff and slept well for the two nights we stayed here.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. I suggest to lower the volume of the door ringer and place it near the receptionist counter. Often the bell would ring and no one will answer. It will keep ringing and disturb the guests especiallly during late hours.

Great location, very close to good shopping and the Termini Train Station. We had rooms on the third floor which had a common kitchenette. The rooms are very nicely decorated and although on a main street very quiet for the most part. A small fridge in each room with water and juice and a basket with some basics for breakfast. Each morning there would be a plate of fresh croissants for all to enjoy. The bathroom for out room #17 on the third floor was extremely small. And beware the elevator, a little quirky and there isn't a sign on the main floor warning you of how to properly use it and the young lady checking us it neglected to tell our travelling companion not to touch the doors and he was stuck in it for several minutes!

Great location that was reasonably quiet and my room was next to the street. Would have liked some fresh fruit with breakfast but otherwise a good place to stay.

Its location, perfect for train station and most modes of arrival and departure to Rome City. Good location for sightseeing, Simple but modern rooms, excellent helpful and accommodating staff. Didn't really read reviews properly, breakfast is a basket of little box of Kellogg cereal, bread, jams, juice in your room, with amazing fresh croissants / danish pastry's brought to reception area everyday (at 7am). My own fault for not realising, once i understood it was perfectly acceptable, there is a coffee machine free at all time which makes lovely real coffee, also a little kitchenette with a kettle ( pot you put on the stove) so can make tea/ drinks anytime. The guest house is in several locations, so we stayed at Dem which is only four rooms, and has un manned receptions which is why its really important to let them know when you plan to arrive so they can be there to greet and check you in. Once i properly understood, its a very lovely little quite, modern B and B, with brilliant location and staff where really helpful, would recommend it to anyone.
