the furniture in the room are nice, clean abut no more TV in the maim room but not in the bed room
We loved everything about our stay there. We only regret that it was too short.
Very good staff, responsive and friendly
not wirelessed throughout
Friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast choice. Option to make own juice.
Poor quality of food for value at restaurants La Masseria and San Marco Beach Lounge. I would expect better food quality for the high price. Worst pizza I had in Italy and fish was over priced for very bland taste overcooked vegetables.
The place and the personeel were excellant
The Wifi communication was only availbale in the lobby
Facilities and the view
Please tell me how is it possible that someone pay so much for a room with no air conditioning? This was the most horrible experience I had in the past 10 years! Even though outside it was maximum 30 degrees celsius it was so hot inside the apartment that me, my wife and my little boy couldn't sleep all night, even with windows open! These "dependence" are buildings inside the whole park that are "inferior" to the others, and probably this is how they got their 4 stars... These buildings do not have air conditioning. Only an electric fan. And if you sleep with windows open (they don't even have shades) you will wake up at 6 am when cars and people start making noise! I cannot believe how this got the high rating! Are those people not travelling there during the summer? How can you charge 1300 euros per night for something with no air conditioning! Is there no shame in this world anymore? I paid 250 euros for this special "offer" but otherwise its 1300 euros per night, I am not kidding! I experienced worse conditions than when I was a student and I spent some 10 euros for 1 night in 1 star hotel... I would go so far to say that this was a ripoff and a scam... (Installing an air conditioned unit costs under 1000 euros I believe...) I am still in shock!
