The Derby is a family-run hotel with 50 years of experience. Located 20 metres from Rimini's beach, it offers a hot tub, and free outdoor parking. The small fitness centre on the rooftop terrace overlooks the Adriatic Sea. All rooms feature modern furnishings, en suite bathrooms, LCD TV with satellite channels, and a tea/coffee maker. All rooms are complete with a balcony. An abundant sweet and savoury breakfast buffet, which includes healthy organic cereals, pastries and Nutella spread, is served daily. The sea-view restaurant offers 4 dinner menus, which include fresh fish and meat specialities. Hotel Derby is located on the Tintori seaside promenade, in front of Bagno 78 beach. Location was good and parking facilities were appreciated. Breakfast was varied and hearty. Lounge style seating at front was good for catching up with friends and meeting before dinner, etc.. Towels: they were so stiff it was like an exfoliation every time we used them. Breakfast staff were not always friendly/helpful.

Первая линия. Бесплатная парковка. Апельсиновый фреш на завтрак. Отсутствие халатов в номере. Перегруженная парковка. Скромный завтрак. На завтраке официантка на просьбу сделать капучино, размахивая руками сказала, чтобы делали сами (хотя местным готовила на другом аппарате).

Colazione varia ed abbondante Disponibilita' e cortesia dello staff Posizione Il balcone da sulla strada rumorosa e non si puo' dormire con la finestra aperta dato che la stanza e' un po' calda non usando l'aria condizionata. Il letto singolo è un po' corto. La porta della doccia non chiudeva bene. Vicini rumorosi al rientro di notte.

Ottima l'ubicazione dell'hotel, la vista dal balcone e la veranda panoramica in cui poter fare colazione, peraltro ottima e di ampia scelta. Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile. Prenotando una camera singola, mi è stata assegnata una camera matrimoniale con bagno grande e curato, dotata di balcone vista mare. Nell'arredamento della camera, migliorabile lo stile dei comodini.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fantastisch uitgebreid ontbijt. Je kan het zo gek niet bedenken of het staat er. Eigen parking, maar met een beperkt aantal plaatsen. We kregen eerst een kamer op de 4e verdieping. Deze was klein en in niet al te beste staat van onderhoud. Minibar was defect. Badkamer radiator verroest en de airco/verwarming maakte te veel lawaai en kreeg de kamer niet op temperatuur. De beloofde seaview was uit het raam hangen en naar rechts kijken. Balkon was geen echt balkon maar een dubbele deur. Na een klacht kregen we een kamer op de eerste verdieping. Deze was volledig gerenoveerd en een stuk beter.

Очень уютный отель, удачное расположение, а именно, к моим любимым двум ресторанам Карлос и Като негро. Довольно большие террасы на нижнем этаже, приятно попить вечером вино, вид на море есть, но он боковой, но другого я в Римини пока не встречала (4-ый раза там), есть парковка, бесплатная. Хороший wi-fi, в номере на 1-ым этаже брал замечательно. за 4 дня никаких нареканий не было, да и не сезон был.

Из плюсов - только персонал. Они вытягивают этот отель. Особенно Рита на ресепшене. Ну во-первых, это не 4 звезды. Тянет только на 3. Бассейна нет, хотя говорят что есть - это надо идти через улицу в другой отель, и вода там холодная, т.к. постоянно в тени, вообщем никто туда и не ходит. Возле самого отеля есть джакузи, но постоянно занята. Номера чистые, но неуютные, полы каменные и звуки разносятся далеко, поэтому шумно. Кровати неудобные. Везде таблички - не пить свои напитки. А в отеле напитки стоят не очень адекватные деньги. Пляж который прикреплен к отелю стоит дороже, чем если вы просто придете на соседний пляж (что мы и делали). Вообщем, если вам на 2-3 дня, то можно потерпеть, т.к. цена подешевле. Но если вам на дольше - 5-8 дней, как было у нас, не берите, поищите другой. Да и лучше не ездите в Римини. Город за последние 5 лет изменился сильно в худшую сторону. Как Сочи... одни русские.

Кондиционер. Недалеко от пляжа просто через дорогу перейти. Доступная логичная цена. Номер на 4 человека был очень тесный, при заказе было описано что там 2е двойных кровати, но там просто впихнули 2х этажную детскую кровать и сдают это как четырех местный номер. Балкон размером метр на метр, 4 человека там просто не могут у садится. Рекомендую этот отель только для двоих чел.

Goed matras en goede kussens. Prima badkamer. Alles werd zeer goed schoon gemaakt. Klein balkon was ook prettig. Ontbijt was prima en werd na 1 opmerking van mij de hele week prima aangevuld. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en attent, vooral de nachtportier Dino. Op de parkeerplaats was het af en toe passen en meten. Maar er was altijd plaats of er werd plaats gemaakt. Smalle kamer.

موقع ممتاز سهل جداً الوصول له بالباص من محطة القطارات الاستقبال جداً بشوشً ومساعد الإفطار خمس نجوم يطل على الشواطئ مباشرة وكل المطاعم القريبة منه ممتازة
